The Tech Team are always available in the chat window. They answer so quickly and always help with a solution. We've got thousands of devices with different customers/ end users. All devices need to be locked down in different ways and ScaleFusion always help us to get what we need. Best MDM I've ever used. I am new to Scalefusion, though my employer has been using it for years. I was thrown into a new position and given very little direction. The Customer Support has been fantastic! When I have a problem, they are able to troubleshoot quickly and get me where I need to go, or fix my issue.
