What do you dislike about Scalefusion?

The major downside of MDM in general from what I see, if that if you install software on a tablet that requires a configuration change or data input after the install, it makes it easy for a small issue to turn into a big one. If I am removing a piece of software or do something incorrectly to a group or profile and need to put it back on, I can push the software to all the tablets but I can't push the config. For example, Swiftly software requires a login on each tablet that only our admins have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scalefusion has amazing support. Any time I have an issue the team is always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Lalit helped me for days (literally days). There were numerous issues occuring ranging from enrollment issues to account problems. Lalit was amazing at helping me with workarounds so I could continue to work while the issues were sorted. I don't like Scalefusion when there is no information regarding policy or profile setup explaining the difference on any policy or rules for a device. Our business services that we provide to our customers is to have control on time and dates and reduce battery consumption when there are limited applications running on the mobile device. Plus, you can do any update or install any apps very quickly using Scalefusion without connecting the device to a computer.
