The only thing I dislike is that the dashboard of Scalefusion is only web-based. It would have also been better if it supported ChromeOS.

The remote desktop control for Windows devices has made a big difference for us. Now my team can fix issues right away without any delays or back-and-forth. It works smoothly, even over slower connections. The help documents are easy to follow, and when we do need to reach out, the Scalefusion support team is quick to respond. Honestly, the web content filtering has made my day so much easier. I can block entire site categories in just a few clicks, and it works across all our Windows laptops. I just apply the policy, and it sticks, even if the user is remote. It saves me time, reduces distractions for teams, and gives me peace of mind that endpoints aren’t going rogue. The dashboard is clean, intuitive, and gives us full control over our Android and Windows devices across multiple locations. We especially love the remote cast and control features — it makes supporting field teams much faster. Their customer support is also top-notch: fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. The Scalefusion deployer is a very helpful. We use it send apps, scripts and files to all devices without doing it manually. The Windows patch management feature keeps everything updated automatically, so we don’t have to chase people to install updates. It saves us time and keeps our systems secure. We have been using Windows Kiosk Mode for around 6 months now, mainly for devices in shared areas. In our case, we needed a way to stop users from going beyond what they are supposed to access and this did the job well. We allow just a few apps or websites, and everything else stays blocked off.
