Another thing I appreciate is that their support team is available via chat, so getting help is quick and convenient when you’re stuck.

Besides the pure MDM function, the kiosk function helps me the most, allowing me to ensure that the devices are used only for work. Scalefusion is a fast, streamlined MDM solution, and the API access enables us to provide customer-specific dashboards for real-time information. We use the API access to provide our customers with statistical data such as battery status, last online time, and commissioning, and with the custom fields, also repairs. We integrate the device data into our own cloud-based inventory management solution. I expected that feature to be included in any apple management arrangement as the managed playstore is included for all android and I wrongly assumed it would be included in all packages.
