I also like the material search system, whether by metadata or keywords. **What do you dislike about Scaleflex DAM?** What has given us the most problems are the massive uploads of materials via FTP, as I cannot leave them directly in the corresponding folder and I have to leave them in a folder specially created for FTP uploads. **What problems is Scaleflex DAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** One thing to improve is the implementation of metadata in multiple files at once. I think it is much more practical how it works when you add metadata to just one image. The reason is that to add metadata massively, you have to confirm the metadata one by one. In contrast, when you add metadata individually, you select them all at once and then it allows you to confirm them all at once. ### 2. In the years that we have been using Scaleflex, we never experienced any flaw that would have caused a SLA breach on our side. Besides the reliability, we appreciate additional functionality to automatically reduce image footprint, benefitting our response times and cost. The solution was easy to implement. We particularly appreciated the commercial flexibility when we encountered an error causing high consumption of DAM traffic. **What do you dislike about Scaleflex DAM?** This platform has many features, which are sometimes hard to find and understand. Thanks to the comprehensive API we have been able to easily integrate it into our workflow. It has become a tool that we use every day. I like that the interface is not cluttered with useless features. Everybody in our team is happy to have a centralised tool that helps us manage our assets at every step of production. When we face any difficulty, the support team is reachable by email and answer pretty fast. **What do you dislike about Scaleflex DAM?** The platform is still new, so we have encountered a few hiccups during the integration phase, but the support team has been helpful. **What problems is Scaleflex DAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a tool that can store all our assets (+20k files) and allow us to reference them with our particular classification. Integrating it into our workflows was straightforward, thanks to its extensive and clear documentation. It’s evident that a lot of thought has gone into creating a product that not only meets but exceeds expectations. I regularly use Filerobot throughout my work week and continue to discover new, valuable features that enhance efficiency. Their support team is exceptional, when I encountered an issue uploading a restricted file type (for account security it's restricted by default), they explained the situation, resolved it quickly and then when I explained I had managed to do it before, they respectfully asked if I could recreate the steps, which I was happy to, so that they could flag it for the safety of other users which I was thoroughly impressed by. **What do you dislike about Scaleflex DAM?** I haven't found anything to dislike. The platform is easy to use, performs reliably, and has exceptional customer support should I encounter an issue. **What problems is Scaleflex DAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Filerobot replaced two expensive and underperforming systems we previously used, consolidating our asset management needs into one efficient, cost-effective solution with more than what the last two systems offered. It has streamlined our workflows, making asset management simpler and faster. Its range of features allows us to organise, manage, and optimise our digital assets effectively, saving us time and resources and when we're up against time, when we need to quickly find an asset, it finds it quickly without any issues. ### 6. Very user-friendly interface ensures that everyone within our team quickly adapts to it, resulting in increased efficiency and smoother operations, very fast (technically quick to be implemented). Frequent updates and the introduction of the recent new features only add to its appeal, enhancing our overall productivity. Filerobot has become an unavoidable tool for our customers, and its continuous improvements validate its position in our customers Digital Experience Platforme. Being part of the Mach alliance and being completely headless is a very good point.
