Scadero Reviews & Product Details

Scadero is the AI-native practice platform for Italian accounting firms (commercialisti). It is built around an AI agent that works inside the firm: it sets up recurring deadlines for clients, drafts client communications, reads incoming documents, classifies them and files them in the right company or client record. The agent does the repetitive work; the accountant reviews and approves every action. Every deadline reaches clients through a web portal with email and push notifications. Clients reply and upload documents from their phone, automatic reminders chase those who haven't answered, and every send is logged. Scadero is open to the agentic ecosystem: its MCP server lets firms run the same workflows from Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP-compatible assistant, with OAuth login and data isolated per firm in the EU. It works alongside the firm's existing tax software. 3-month free trial.
