Scadero is an online deadline management platform for Italian accounting firms (commercialisti). The firm tracks its clients' tax and custom deadlines, including recurring series, and delivers them to clients through a web portal with email and push notifications. Clients reply and upload documents from the portal; those who do not reply get automatic reminders, with a log of every send. Firms can send announcements to all client contacts or only to the people in charge of a company, and staff members see only the companies they follow. AI is built in two ways: an AI assistant inside the app that works on the firm's deadlines, clients and documents, and a connector for Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP-compatible assistants with OAuth login and no API key. The AI prepares the work, the accountant approves it. Scadero complements the firm's existing tax software. Italian language, 3-month free trial.
