We have been using Sapling to create content for our email marketing campaigns which need immense text data for a smooth customer journey with high value. Sampling also helps us to check spelling and correct grammatical mistakes in lengthy paragraphs which is a great thing for us. Sapling has to offer all the basic things which an AI content creator requires but it needs improvement when it comes to creating technical content like specific software tasks. Sapling is best for creating content for emails and for websites which is a tough task when it comes to writing a huge amount of content on your own. Sapling is very useful for someone who spends a lot of time writing on the web. It can autocomplete text fields and also correct spelling and grammar. It has made me a better typist. Sapling works great for customer support tasks but I wanted to use it for personal text expansion and autocomplete, things at which it is good but still not great. I've been using it for some time, and so far it works well. Best grammar and writing suggestions AI among other similar tools. I have not used it for very long, but thus far there are no major drawbacks! one issue i want to give some attention that some times it automatically sign-out. but this is a low priority issue.
