I like that I can quickly scan written content for AI and plagiarism. The two models for scanning content for AI are also helpful (one allows written content that has been lightly edited by AI to pass, while the other detects any AI involvement). I've used Originality.AI for a while now, and it seems like the accuracy has evolved over time. At first, it used to flag my writing as AI even if I didn't use any AI for editing, but it's gotten a lot better in the last year! I also like that I can purchase credits to use as needed. The support has also been really responsive and helpful (Ellie from support was quick to answer my questions and even helped me rescan some content to double-check accuracy without using more credits). The difference between the 'modes' in the AI Content Scanner could be more explicit, including clear guidelines on the recommended use for each mode. This is because I tried a mode that did not give me the correct score, as I should have used another mode more suitable for the analysis I wanted to perform. The current models are great (Lite 1.0.2 and turbo 3.0.2) but the ones before that, especially lite 1.0.1, was awful. I got so many false positives.

The downloadable report should display the text of the output in a way that is easier to see. The pale green and pale yellow are difficult to read and don't give much indication of the sentence-by-sentence breakdown. The only part of that report that is useful to me is the result (i.e. "100% Original")and the percentage.

Also it would be nice if the result history didn't clear after just 30 days, because if I give a client the link to the results page they will lose access to that information after a short time, and that can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
