
I like how easily SAP Subscription Billing integrates with our existing S/4HANA system, making the order-to-cash process much smoother. It's a reliable solution if you want to scale your subscription business quickly and keep your billing cycles accurate. I also appreciate that it automates our 'as a service' business model, handling everything from simple monthly subscriptions to complex usage-based billing systems without manual intervention. To be honest, the initial setup is quite steep and it's not exactly plug and play since you need solid technical knowledge to get the logic right. Also, the reporting could be more intuitive. Creating custom visual reports feels a bit clunky, so we often export data to other tools for specific insights. A more user-friendly dashboard for analytics would be a huge plus.
