In addition, even after the engagement ended, they have still been extremely helpful in making introductions and other recommendations that they think can benefit us in the future. **What do you dislike about Samwise Growth?** We did not see any downsides. Our initial conern with finding a growth advisor was that the firm/individual wouldn't have the right mix of consulting and services experience, as there is nuance to our business. This was not an issue at all with Samwise, they provided excellent recommendations and direction. **Recommendations to others considering Samwise Growth:** The best example of why I would recommend them is that it would have been in their best interest to suggest we continue using them for fractional sales leadership, but they felt that the business was in need of a full-time sales leader after they completed their sales audit. So while this limited their future scope of work, it proved to be the best recommendation for what we needed as a business. We've worked with firms in other areas of our business that seem to do what is in their best interest to retain an ongoing client, when in certain situations that isn't what we needed. Samwise Growht became a trusted partner and acted in our best interest. **What problems is Samwise Growth solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were in need of sales leadership and overall advice around how to continue to grow the business. Samwise Growth came in and completed a full sales audit, which included talking with over half of our team. The best part of the process was that we felt they really listened to our team and tried to come in and learn about our departments and business.
