What do you like best about SamCart?

Pricing model is easier to make projections with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SamCart?

People treat you like a dollar bill, not a valued customer when you need assistance

UPDATE:

I left a 1 Star originally and just changed it to 4 Star. Originally, I signed up for their trial and never used the program, forgot to cancel and got charged. I asked for a refund since I didn't use it and they denied the refund. I posted the review and their response suggested I reach out again. I did, and they made an exception and refunded me. I appreciate this a lot, and I don't think people should need to go through all this to get a refund in this situation so changing to a 4 star. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
