I also appreciate that the API is easy to use, and that running inferences is very quick, which lets me test multiple models and compare their results without friction. **What do you dislike about SambaCloud?** Some of the more advanced settings take a bit of time to understand, especially when you’re trying out different options or configurations for a specific task. A little more guidance on how to use these advanced settings would be very helpful, particularly for new users. **What problems is SambaCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** The SambaCloud platform reduces the amount of work I need to do to experiment with larger AI models. Instead of setting up GPUs or managing infrastructure, it's very convenient and easy to access models through the API and quickly test performance for a particular use case. The OpenAI-compatible API was also convenient because it made integration with existing applications much simpler. Honestly, the value makes sense for what I'm getting, especially because it saves me from dealing with the cost and hassle of managing GPU infrastructure and lets me test different models much faster, which is useful when I'm trying to figure out what actually works for a particular use case. **What do you dislike about SambaCloud?** The platform can require some trial and error when choosing the right model and the configuration for a specific use case. The documentation covers the basics well, but I had to spend way extra time to get the expected results. **What problems is SambaCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Samba cloud solves the infrastructure and performance challenges of working with relatively larger AI models. Instead of setting up the expensive infrastructure, I can access models through the API and start testing them early. The interface is straightforward for making API calls without requiring deep MLOps expertise to get started. Integration into our existing backend was smooth, since it exposes a familiar API pattern similar to other inference providers we've used. Performance stands out most, with noticeably fast inference speeds compared to some other providers we tested, which matters for latency-sensitive parts of our platform. Pricing has offered strong ROI given the performance, making it more cost-effective than running dedicated infrastructure for inference ourselves. I can quickly test models, generate outputs, and integrate via API keys without heavy setup. The dashboard is clean, and having AI Starter Kits and documentation right there is very convenient for developers. **What do you dislike about SambaCloud?** Some advanced features still feel a bit limited compared to bigger providers, and I wish there were more detailed usage analytics and cost tracking in the dashboard. The free tier is helpful but runs out fairly quickly for heavier testing. **What problems is SambaCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the problem of needing expensive hardware or complicated setup to run powerful LLMs. Before, deploying and testing large models was slow and costly. Once I got comfortable with it, I found it quite intuitive to use, which lets me get things done without spending too much time figuring out where everything is. The automation tools are particularly useful, taking care of smaller repetitive tasks that would otherwise take up time throughout my day. I also value the centralized management and the ability to monitor different processes from one place. **What do you dislike about SambaCloud?** The main area I think could be improved is the initial learning curve.
