We really like the ability to set up an account, use the custom variables and easy UI to navigate. For people like us who aren't hugely tech savvy, this was a nice way to build productive sequences Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wouldn't say it was a downside, but we'd like to see more email verification credits so we didn't have to use an external provider Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesforge is easy to use and has great visualization of the features. I like how it's easy to see all my email campaigns in a row, this is a plus over other products like Salesforge. The customer support is above and beyond that expected and have already helped me a number of times. I use the product daily and find it very easy to set up campaigns. It took a while to understand how to prevent my inbox from getting filled with the warm-up emails. I wish this feature was marked as read automatically in my inbox rather than having to set up a filter. Easily done, but I wish it was done automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’ve been using Salesforge for a while now, and it’s been a total game-changer for scaling personalized cold email outreach. What I really appreciate is how the email writing spam check helps craft emails that actually feel human, not robotic—like the tool was built by people who truly understand the challenges of sales outreach.

One feature that stood out to me was the spintax option. I hadn’t considered it before, but it made me realize that even some of the great emails I was writing were ending up in spam, simply because of word choices. That insight alone has helped improve my deliverability significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the implementation is a bit confusing - takes a while to start to understand all the different products. But overall a great solution! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

great customer support. got help within 4 mins - problem solved in 10 mins. Much appreciated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

do not find something yet. Will update if there is one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesforge has been a real game changer for our sales team. It brings together all the tools we need for outbound campaigns-email sequencing, deliverability checks, and analytics in one page. The interface is straightforward once you get used to it, and the AI features for personalizing emails actually work better than I expected. Deliverability features like IP rotation are pretty cool. Integrating with Mailforge and their other stuff to manage multiple domains is a nice touch too, all of their integrations are super easy.

Support has also been solid. When we had questions during setup, their team responded very fast. They don’t nickel-and-dime you for things like email warm-up. Since switching, we’ve saved a lot of time on manual tasks, and our outreach is way more organised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a bit of a learning curve. Some of the documentation could be clearer, for example if you need to edit domain settings its not immediately obvious that you need to switch 'app.'' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SalesForge has been a huge help in improving our outreach and growing our sales pipeline. It makes it easy to send personalized cold emails at scale while keeping deliverability strong. The built-in AI features are surprisingly helpful - it gives real-time suggestions that actually improve our messaging and results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, there’s nothing I dislike about the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The standout for me was how personal the cold outreach felt—so much so that I genuinely couldn’t tell it was cold outreach at all. That’s a huge testament to the platform’s capabilities. The email I received from the founder was incredibly tailored, relevant, and natural. If that’s what Salesforge can do at scale, then it’s a serious tool for modern outbound. So far, I haven't run into any significant downsides. If I had to nitpick, I’d say that as with any new tool, there’s a slight learning curve in understanding all the features and setting up sequences just right. But overall, the platform is intuitive enough that this isn’t a blocker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm really enjoying using the interface -- it's very user friendly. My deliverability is pretty good too, considering I'm sharing servers with other senders when not on Infraforge. Using this tool is way cheaper than running Google Ads and is much more scalable at your own pace. The customer support team is very very responsive and helpful. There might unrealistic expectations from some people on how cold email works and what "good" results look like, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We’ve got a bunch of inboxes running, and Salesforge handles the volume really well. It spaces things out, so you don’t get flagged or burned. Just kinda runs in the background and does its job. Setup was quick too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface could offer tagging for each domain/mailbox. Like, sometimes I want to organize better, using labels, but it's not possible. Overall, not a big issue, we got used to it. And support agents solve thinks quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesforge feels like it was built by actual sales folks who’ve lived through the pain of cold outreach. Onboarding and resources were super helpful for laypersons like us to use.

What blew my mind was the AI powered spintax! That alone is a game changer for us. With enough mailboxes, we followed the warmup procedures, crafted our best possible email with spintax, and we saw a significant response.

Overall, we love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As we put mostly non-tech users into the software, the onboarding info could be broken down to simpler terms even further. It's what developers and IT admins should know and not the users (who are actually sales outreach folks). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
