"Transforms Data into Customer Insights Effortlessly"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

I love the control possible from Salesforce Data 360 to capture data and then enhance or combine that data with Salesforce objects. Salesforce Data 360 has several features that support expansion. As we continue to learn more about what Salesforce can do for us, Salesforce Data 360 will be right there adding to our possibilities. The initial setup was very easy. The documentation was clear, and learning how to capture a data stream from our website was easy to configure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

One issue right now is Zero-copy support. There are MANY connectors in beta that have little to no updates in several months. We all know this takes time, but more communication around upcoming Zero-Copy support would be really appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accelerates Personalized, Efficient Member Experiences with Cross-Channel Data Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

The data integration across channels will accelerate our ability to better meet member needs in a more personalized, timely, and efficient manner now and as we further explore agentic marketing capabilities in Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

Concerned with any default settings allowing a marketing role to delete an account (perhaps accidentally or intentionally). Administrator can turn this potential hazard off, but it would be nice to default to not allow that to happen without deliberate permission or a failsafe in place to recover data insights. What do you dislike about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

There is still room for improvement with data cloud deployments. I encountered few challenges using Data kits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Data Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

I really appreciate Salesforce Data 360's architecture; it represents a new way of thinking and designing. The canonical layer that Salesforce introduced is fantastic, as it helps reduce duplication and consolidates multi-record data into a 'golden record.' This was a game changer for me. I find it incredibly magical how Salesforce holds everything within native apps, which has simplified data storage by eliminating the need for third-party applications. The setup was surprisingly easy, requiring just a few clicks, which made transitioning very smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

One thing is I'm not very certain about the licensing cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Integration, Confusing Initial Setup"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

I like the way Salesforce Data 360 integrates data. I work with system development and integration, so I really appreciate how it allows for various modes of data ingestion, activation, and system integration, and the use of connectors that facilitate projects. The ease of bringing specific marketing data from where the business needs it, greatly speeding up the process and avoiding data duplication, is something that highlights this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

The settings are not very clear. We had some errors in the first projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Data 360 puts the power into marketer’s hands."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

Segment building is extremely easy for someone without extremely technical skills. It takes a lot of workload off of my dev and allows me to be involved earlier in the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

It is extremely difficult to clean up dirty data once it’s in Data 360. This is a common issue for many companies across all industries so having an easier way to clean data once it’s been ingested would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Data Unification, Complex Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

I really like the ability to create audiences easily as a marketer without having to go to the IT department to write SQL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

It is complex, and it would be easier with more agents to help create the audiences because right now, I'm the only one that can do it, and because I know the data best. If we had an agent to help others could use it as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Eases Integration, Needs Better Error Handling"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

I find the user interface of Salesforce Data 360 makes it much easier to deal with integrations. It's much easier to use than our old integration tools. Also, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

I would say the error handling. Sometimes the data streams fail, and we don't get a notification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
