I love the control possible from Salesforce Data 360 to capture data and then enhance or combine that data with Salesforce objects. Salesforce Data 360 has several features that support expansion. As we continue to learn more about what Salesforce can do for us, Salesforce Data 360 will be right there adding to our possibilities. The initial setup was very easy. I really appreciate Salesforce Data 360's architecture; it represents a new way of thinking and designing. The canonical layer that Salesforce introduced is fantastic, as it helps reduce duplication and consolidates multi-record data into a 'golden record.' This was a game changer for me.
