"Impressive Agentforce Features, but Disappointed by Separate Data Cloud Licensing"
What do you like best about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

I’m really impressed by its potential - especially about what it can do with Agentforce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

The fact that a separate license needs to be purchased even if you already have Sales, Service, or Marketing cloud. Data Cloud plays such an integral part in the success of Agentforce, that it should come as a complimentary part of the Agentforce package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for a Unified Customer View"
What do you like best about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

The best thing is its ability to create a truly unified customer profile. It's a game-changer for stitching together customer data from different sources into one single, accurate view. I also love the seamless, native integration with Marketing Cloud. It lets us activate our unified audiences and create real-time segments for targeted campaigns very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud)?

The initial setup can be complex and has a steep learning curve, especially for data ingestion and transformation. The UI for data mapping could be more intuitive. We had to spend a lot of time on the initial configuration, so having a solid data strategy in place before you start is essential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
