**What do you like best about Salesfloor?**

What I like most about this platform is that it is quite easy to establish communication with professionals who make life of this company, this tool understands retail companies and can lead to business development with the help of advances in technologies such as AI. Personally, as a professional in technological areas, I have worked with this tool to improve the way in which connections are established with clients, besides its monthly cost is accessible and offers plans that can be adapted to the companies.

I have no constructive criticism to contribute to this platform, since my experience has been positive and has met the needs that as a professional and as a company we have required, its interface is fast and has functions that improve sales management.

We had a very outdated e-commerce system, since its deployment in 2021 in our company has improved and increased the efficiency as well as the way we can manage the commercial campaigns understanding what the customer is looking for and giving more efficient answers, connecting customers and sales managers in a faster and more secure way.

Salesfloor is an integral tool in our organization that allows us to efficiently address business issues and significantly improve our customer experience. One of the main advantages of Salesfloor that I like is its intuitive interface and quick integration. This feature allows our employees to use the software quickly and efficiently, without requiring extensive training.

To take full advantage of all Salesfloor functionalities, it is necessary to have a solid technological infrastructure. Although this is not a problem for our organization, it can be a barrier for those companies with limited resources.

The software has helped us optimize our inventory by providing us with real-time information about the most in-demand products and our customers' needs. What works well is the simplicity of using the app. It's easy to import leads from a variety of platforms, assign them to the right team member and sales funnel. The system automatically updates all email communications and meetings. Also, you can add files to the contact record

**What do you dislike about Salesfloor?**

The only drawback we have found with this tool is that the percentage calculations used for sales funnel conversions are non-standard and not entirely useful.when we saw that they charged us again for a full year we asked to cancel the service and they refused to refund us for the unused year because they already charged it.

Simple, easy to use. You're not bogged down with a confusing and complex interface that plagues many CRMs. The customer service is literally the best I've ever experienced. Questions are answered promptly and clearly and new features are communicated clearly and efficiently

It's excellent that Commerce Cloud works with psychological and digital customer information. Customer information is collected regardless of location, time or device. Having the data, especially concerning commerce activities, is worth its weight in gold and significantly boosts the market. Usable functionality, open architecture, technically unobstructed. Many features are included by default. Out-of-the-box Salesfloor integration. Accelerators for quick start, including industry accelerators. B2C and B2B are usable. Initial entry into the COM theme is enormous. The subscription model is flexible. It offers customization options, and the front adjustments are flexible.

Frontend not entirely up to date (single-page applications). Integrated CMS is not mature for many content changes (content maintenance is inconvenient).

Use of the Omnichannel store platform for several of our brands. Use of Omnichannel features for our store platform. It is the bridge to the external world, customers, and distributors (business partners). Use of a powerful tool that includes PIM functionalities. Good interaction with ERP services.

Flexibility to adapt to one's requirements. Integration through API Integrations. Rich platform functionality supporting B2C and B2B business cases. Easy to implement, open to other systems for best-in-class approach, or all-in-one for specialists. Performance, reliability and availability of the Commerce Cloud back office, front-end and cloud management portal. Not suitable for companies with low e-commerce ambitions.

**What do you like best about Salesfloor?**

It is an established large-scale trading software from a based manufacturer. What I like most is the scalability of the software, especially when large projects can be realized. I can also select and scale the backend myself. Thirdly, a well-known software manufacturer is in the background who continuously develops the product. Salesfloor is the B2B and B2C software solution for larger mid-sized companies. Complex processes and deep integration can be managed in the system world, as well as a sophisticated customer experience on the front end.

The user interface is not compliant with the latest web standards. Optimization is needed here, but this should be done continuously.

The "OPP" (Omnichannel Promotional Pricing) pricing engine is also used here so that stationary prices and online prices "tick" at the same time. In the B2B scenario, Salesfloor is a sales, marketing and service processes platform.

The excellent connection to the Salesfloor world, the powerful back office with plenty of configuration and customization options and good bulk editing features for mass processing. Content maintenance (content pages, product pages) and thus the user journey mapping. Product data management and lead generation in interaction with Marketing Cloud.

**What do you dislike about Salesfloor?**

The CMS is no longer current, and essential features such as a diff tool to identify differences between different versions or intuitive navigation management are missing. Synchronization between other content catalogs (e.g., in the context of translation workflows) is sometimes very slow.

**What problems is Salesfloor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A CMS is integrated out of the box. Store solutions in the B2B environment for internal and external customers, connected in real-time. In this way, the latest ERP data is displayed to the customer. The back office functionality is extensive and can be extended through programming and customization. Salesfloor is a robust framework in which many individual business processes and logic can be mapped meaningfully. The hosting has been adapted to modern standards. What I like the most about this tool is that it is an excellent platform for the most robust customer participation that I have found since this tool is focused on retail and wholesale trade as well since it unifies virtual purchases, customer service and AI-assisted sales in a single product making it a great tool.

Since we as users have been using this tool, I can say that we have not found any fault with this product since for us it is one of the best tools we have been able to find, in addition to the fact that Conversational AI helps associates and buyers to quickly find the right products.

Nothing as such for now. Pricing seems to be a hindrance.

Salefloor gives you all functionality as you want for a store, on thoae features I like most AI customer support, inbuilt ERP ready connection, APIs,scheduling appointments and customer management.

Salefloor have all features that we want for a ecommerce store, Salesfloor should have to work more on Abandoned customers

Connection with ERP, scheduling appointments and customer management was problem in our last store so we switched to salesfloor now that's resolved.
