**What do you like best about SalesBlink?**

SalesBlink makes the outreach process much more efficient, covering everything from lead generation to automated follow-ups. I find the visual campaign builder particularly useful, as it lets me design workflows in a clear and straightforward way, even though I don't have advanced technical skills. They have also recently launched an app for Android and offer integrations with Boost.Space, which fits well with the rest of my software stack.

I've heard that it can be down at times, but I haven't experienced that myself so far.

I need a software specific for cold outreach which integrates with boost.space , so it fits.
other mail marketing isn't working specifically with outreach and has specific features this makes which are useful. keep in mind to follow the cold outreach guidelines to not end in spam and rank your domain badly

The platform has a very approachable and easy-to-use interface. I was able to get set up and running without feeling overwhelmed, which is a big plus compared to other, more complex tools. The email warm-up feature is a nice, integrated touch, and the reporting is clear and provides good insights into campaign performance.

While it's a solid platform, it's not as "automated" as one might expect. It lacks a high-level AI that can intelligently orchestrate or build out entire sales sequences from a simple prompt. To get truly sophisticated, automated campaigns, you'll find yourself needing to supplement its capabilities with your favorite external AI engine for content and strategy creation.

SalesBlink does have some good features — they allow unlimited contact uploads, and their pricing is quite competitive compared to other tools. On paper, it looks like a great deal.

**What do you dislike about SalesBlink?**

I’m very disappointed with SalesBlink. Their mail warmup system has constant problems — it keeps disabling warmup on its own. Despite contacting their support team several times, they neither resolved the issue nor provided proper replies.

We ended up wasting money for months, and no emails could be sent because the warmup process never completed. This makes the service completely unusable for us. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend SalesBlink based on this experience.

The problem I was having with other software is that they were either watered down and missing essential features or they nickel and dime users for advanced features, which is unreasonable for my young company. Salesblink aligns with how cold email has always been - a direct, effective, and budget-friendly method of sales and advertisement.

**What do you like best about SalesBlink?**

I was able to bulk upload emails. It is nice that you can upload leads and verify them as a part of the process. There is a clear distinction on the report log of the recipient activity - you can see who clicked a link, who opened, and a list of those who replied. Creating a template was very easy, although the spintax to insert a signature did not work for me - I decided to paste my signature into each email instead. A signature is not automatically attached.

**What do you dislike about SalesBlink?**

The bulk updating for the connected sender emails was not effective. Building a campaign with logic is not intuitive like it is with others, like Snov.io. Signature attachment is not automatic.

It would be nice to be able to use Salesblink in my own language, namely Dutch. But I'm going to imagine them if I can help them with that.

I see Lot of Bugs in the platform my email was blocklisted because of sales blink. It is not a worthy investment. its a Fraud Company beware.

There are a few things I really appreciate about this company. As a Principal Security Consultant, I often work late hours, and I noticed that whenever I was setting up email campaigns, the staff was always available to answer my questions—even early in the morning or late at night.

Their team is very knowledgeable about the product. What stands out is that when I ask a question, I get practical, real-world answers on how to set up email campaigns, automations, or whatever task I’m working on. They guide me clearly and efficiently, so I can quickly move on to the next step—no wasting 30 minutes to an hour stuck waiting for help.

Overall, their support makes a big difference in keeping my work flowing smoothly.

Just keep their word and don't lie... they notified me that the account will be deleted in 5 days if I don't log in, but they have already deleted it!

The aesthetics of the dashboard are pretty cool. It has a powerful suite of tools that are available to enhance your email distribution. The QuickStart guides are very helpful in getting everything started.

Salesblink is an amazing software for doing cold outreach if you're an agency owner or freelancer. Its automated workflow features are amazing. We are able to connect multiple profiles, edit tempaltes and send emails easily. They recently launched an personalization image feature whih is a game changer. Their best USP is pricing, the lifetime deal offer, a complete game changer.

Software is good but I found no options to delete email templates or lead lists. We can only archieve them which somehow gives a little security tension. Also if they are able to make the API third party integrations much seamlessly easy it would be great.

Doing cold outreach more easily and also in everyones budget, other similar companies providing similar features are very costly. And they have almost every latest feature required for cold outreach. 3. Link Warm-up: Although the email warm-up is great but I am even much more happy with the link warm-up feature. I believe this contributed a lot to improve the click-through rate on my email.
4. Blink-AI - What a great feature that has come in the handle to remove mental blocks in composing single, email sequences and follow-ups
5. Customer Support: The initial onboarding by the salesblink team was quite helpful to get me to speed. Then fast response time to issue resolution was impressive even in an outage
6. Integration: I had a quick integration of my email and third-party Calendar app like my Appsumo TidyCal was another sweet spot for me.

I probably should use them more frequently but they are just another arrow in my cold email war chest that works well (planning to use them more for AI customized emails this year).

I've been a customer for 3 years and I'm satisfied with the ongoing support and development of SalesBlink.

The stand out feature I like is being able to customize cold emails specifically for each lead using AI. This personalization can make all the different between getting ignored and landing a new the client.

They've made it very easy to add several different types of email accounts. Other providers have limited addresses to only paid Google Workspace accounts, but with SalesBlink adding a free Gmail or Outlook is possible. That turns into good cost savings especially when you have 2 or 3 mailing accounts for a single brand.

Aso it's GDPR compliant which is critical for us.

The interface could be a bit to be more intuitive, but it's modern and works fine for our needs. It's a relatively small learning curve.

I didn't know how much of a coincidence it is but just a couple of days after setting up the email warmup feature, my reply rates went from 10-15% to 20-22%. Afterwards though, my reply rates dropped even lower so I'm suspecting my emails got blacklisted after using their warmup feature.
