What do you like best about SalesBabu CRM?

I find SalesBabu CRM incredibly effective for managing day-to-day lead activities. It excels in sorting leads, which simplifies understanding and managing incoming leads from various sources and allows me to organize my workflow efficiently. The lead management and funnel process features are particularly valuable for managing hot leads and gaining a quick understanding of the sales pipeline. Additionally, I appreciate the seamless integration with WhatsApp, which enhances communication and outreach. The initial setup of SalesBabu CRM was very simple, making it easy to start leveraging its functionalities without a steep learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesBabu CRM?
