**What do you like best about SaleCycle?**

I've been working with Jack Birks for a few months now and he has been one of the best sales reps I've ever dealt with. He's been super responsive on all communications (multiple emails a day in a different time zone) and helped us get exactly what we needed to get our project launched. Jack has been super helpful throughout the entire process!

**What do you like best about SaleCycle?**

SaleCycle has been very valuable to us for use of data-driven features to help us with conversion, recovering sales, and helping to drive loyalty. It has an easy-to-use dashboard, and our SaleCycle manager is super communicative and helpful, making sure we are all set for our campaigns and updating creatives!

**What do you dislike about SaleCycle?**

No big issues, but using filezilla to get and send data can be a pain sometimes, not a big deal but wish it was a bit simpler.

**What problems is SaleCycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SaleCycle helps us retarget and bring back customers through emails, solving retention issues. I would like to explore what more we can do here as well.

**What do you like best about SaleCycle?**

Constantly testing new initiatives and optimising towards better performance. Always very quick to respond to emails and raise any queries with their techncial team. Responses are thorough and troubleshooting is simple.

Very occasional errors in the data pull from site scraping leads to customer complaints - very few of these though

Remarketing to customers who have opted into our marketing with personalised emails. Informing non-converting customers of current offers and promotions. Enabling quote save for prospective customers.

**What do you like best about SaleCycle?**

Marc Shepherd has been an awesome resource in executing our campaigns, providing results, and recommending new ways to improve our overall customer experience. We also love that the designers are able to match our look & feel for branding so well. They do a great job!

**What do you dislike about SaleCycle?**

We had a tough time getting a SMS marketing campaign up and running because our vision didn't quite match Salecycles capabilities. Salecycle was still helpful in answering all our questions, and also pushed internally for some new capabilities in order to try and meet our needs.

**What problems is SaleCycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SaleCycle is helping us with our abandoned cart, abandoned browse, and email my basket email campaigns, as well as on site re-marketing pop-ups. They have been instrumental in helping us recover abandoned sales & provide urgency messaging.

What I like the most is how our account manager always works proactively, implementing a/b tests and checking results and performances. And, of course, the tool works great.

We love working with SaleCycle. They have been instrumental in testing and implementing new opportunities to help our business grow. They have made the management of our many projects so easy and executed perfectly every time.

There was a short time when some functionality was down due to technology upgrades. But now we're back and better than ever. Part of those upgrades included more robust analytics, which we're looking forward to exploring.

**Recommendations to others considering SaleCycle:**

Not every agency fits each organization. SaleCycle is an excellent agency, and I would highly recommend reaching out to see if they can help fill a gap for your team. They have made it so easy and quick to implement new opportunities for us to grow, and I would recommend them to anyone.

**What problems is SaleCycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize SaleCycle to help manage our transactional emails, including re-engagement and welcome emails. We have also integrated them with our site to build the functionality that allows for growing our subscriber list and building excitement around significant promotions. We generally provide the content, but I hear there is also an excellent in-house creative team.

It was fantastic having regular reviews with Will. It was great to have his opinion on my ideas but also beneficial that he was coming to us with ideas on how we could get the most out of the tool. It felt like he was invested in the success of our campaigns.

I honestly couldn't think of something I disliked about our relationship with SaleCycle. I believe anything we were ever unhappy with we raised Will and the team found a way to ease our concerns ASAP.

I would speak to the team, and let them give you an idea of what they can bring to your business based on your specific needs.

We used OSR's for several reasons. Trust messages in the checkout, introducing ranges early, the countdown timers to cut-offs at peaks.

**What do you like best about SaleCycle?**

Due to the nature of working for a fast fashion business, a lot of things we work on are always very last minute but this has never been a problem when working with Salecycle. Whenever we've needed anything e.g. files, support, advice - these have always been sent promptly. Our account manager (Emma) has always been happy to help with any request and even when on annual leave has ensured that everything is taken care of and information on our account handed over to another team member with full detail. 
Throughout our time working with SaleCycle we have always been offered suggestions of how we can test and improve to ensure that even if we're performing well, we're optimising all campaigns. 
Reporting has always been really detailed and useful - we have even been able to apply figures and results to other aspects of our email marketing strategy. 
Our account manager, Emma, has definitely been the best thing overall about working with Salecycle. As well as being friendly and approachable, she is also an expert in email marketing and we have learned so much from her.

**What do you dislike about SaleCycle?**

Nothing! As outlined above, I never had any issues in the time that I worked with Salecycle. Our reason for not working together anymore is just because our team is growing and we want to take everything in house.

Any bespoke reports needed have always been set up for us so is good to think about exactly what you want to see and gain so that these can be tailored to your business.
Weekly calls are always beneficial as it keeps both parties up to date with any changes and is also good for sharing ideas

The main problem we have solved with SaleCycle is being able to target customers who aren't opted in to our marketing lists by working with both of our legal teams on applying legitimate interest through opportunity to opt out

Salecycle is very responsive and they are eager to please, always wanted to bring the brands vision to life.

Some of our new projects got held up, it wasn't their fault per say, but this did effect our company plans to launch a new channel.

Acquiring new customers through several of our on-site pop-ups, and converting them to become members with us. We have trouble continuing to bring awareness to all of our new programs.

We've been in partnership with SaleCycle now for over 4 years and have found them to always be an approachable partner, that are willing to look at new ideas and be flexible in their approach.

Reporting has had to be manually built via email vs native to the dashboard.

Straight forward setup! Given the process it would take to develop this in house, think it was good to go live with this through Salecycle.

The manual aspect of having to share CRM data through filezilla. We've had quite some problems with this setup. Apart from the data aspect and targetting, I really like the service though.

The abandoned cart setup which is a no-brainer to have. Ideally we'd like to have this internally to have it all through the same system, but think Salecycle was a good choice to make this possible in a shorter timespan.

SaleCycle allows us to streamline our abandon basket communications to customers in an otherwise hectic business environment. This is especially helpful with moving beyond what we have and instead focusing on testing for constant improvement

Looking at other products in the portfolio, there's little potential to expand our repertoire beyond the abandon basket journey at this time. This is a shame because the abandon basket journey and relationship works well

We focus exclusively on abandon basket whilst also trying to align with our internal comms and the new approach we are taking with these. The benefits of using SaleCycle to manage this journey means that there is some pressure off of our organisation to manage this fully as we are currently reorganising our CRM strategy and approach in day-to-day comms

Strong products to target an insightful concern such as basket abandonment.
Account managers (specifically Will Hill) are super helpful in terms of supporting the clients but also finding out new opportunities for the business.

we started to see similar companies in the market which differentiates from salecycle with more different products, self-service tools. would be good to see salecycle producing these kind of new ideas, solutions.

The people are very helpful and obviously know their stuff inside out. The Abandoned basket program has a great ROI that justified the work easily.

Not much, the initial setup required some funny hours as their technicians are in a different time zone, but once setup the account manager assigned was in our region.

The SaleCycle team is excellent to work with. They were on hand to find the right solution for our business that met our customers' needs.

While SaleCycle offers some great solutions, we had difficulty seamlessly connecting some of their solutions to our systems.

With Cart Abandonment and On-Site Remarketing, allowed us to encourage customers to make the sale.

SaleCycle has been our partner for abandoned cart emails for several years. We are very happy with the revenue and ROI, along with their excellent customer support!

Nothing really. I would very much recommend the service.

The SaleCycle tag was easy to implement on webshop, takes out manual campaign management work through automation and facilitates great ROI.

There are some things that don't apply to my situation.

Take a look and see what you think.  You could end up using it and liking everything about it.  Go for it.

It teaches me a wide variety of skills and gives me the abilitiy to learn new skills.

Gives a lot of options when looking for new ways to get customer data.

A bit convoluted. Offers more features than it probably should (because several are redundant).

We actually used it solely because it allowed for using coupon codes.
