**What do you like best about S1 Gateway?**

Its really powerfull and all is thought for contact centers operations. Everything just works and you'll find an option for every use you need. It's build thinking in contact center operations

**What do you dislike about S1 Gateway?**

The look and feel may be a little standar. You won't find beautifull details. It's just about functionality.

**What problems is S1 Gateway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use S1 for giving clients one unique front to clients. Each client is the same no matter where which channel it contacts the company.

**What do you like best about S1 Gateway?**

The platform was generated and build while working with customer service teams, so it really has every option you need if you are serious about customer service operating with teams. It's really great and rock solid.

**What do you dislike about S1 Gateway?**

The customer interfase may need a refresh, but just for a change. It's not a problem, but other softwares I use just look a little more beautifull. This is something regular users I think they don't look at.

**What problems is S1 Gateway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

S1 is getting all interaction with customers in one place, and letting teams work with a short learning curve. Each customer can be treated as unique because all conversations are stored and available.

**What do you like best about S1 Gateway?**

Multiple channels to be integrated easily. Clean web Interface and all the options visible at just a look.

**What do you dislike about S1 Gateway?**

Only one account per channel per campaign, so if you want to integrate two whatsapp numbers or two email accounts you have to do ALL the JOB two times, it's a pain in the neck for the people who admins de platform.

**What problems is S1 Gateway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have full visibility of the roadmap and new features to be added to the platform, so I can't say if they are doing something or not.

It is an application that allowed facing the challenge of digital communication, in a limited way, but it was the one that made the beginning possible.

**What do you dislike about S1 Gateway?**

There were many problems regarding customization, reports, use in demanding situations, and the development of the bot.

**What problems is S1 Gateway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed addressing the attention of digital platforms, with a very basic and inefficient service, but it was a palliative at the beginning of the process.
