What do you like best about S-Docs?

What problems is S-Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Company provided us S-Docs integrated with Salesforce to help us generate documents. It really saves a lot of time in generating documents. So we can focus more on sales rather than paper work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a very powerful and popular product. The documentation is of high quality, which makes it easy to set up for Salesforce administrators. The data remains in Salesforce. The user interface is friendly. The product is affordable compared to competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I noticed that you reported a concern about the preview you see in the template editor being different than the final generated document.

I've linked an article that explains our Save & Preview feature - which lets you input a Salesforce record ID into the template editor, and generate a preview copy of your document at any time with real data pulled in from that record!

I hope this helps simplify the template building process!

What do you like best about S-Docs?

I loved S-Docs. I liked many things in this solution, like generating documents on a single button, documents generation is fast and easy, and there are many templates to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't really have any criticisms about Sdocs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering S-Docs:

There are many upsides to S-Docs. We like that our data stays completely within Salesforce. I know the other guys say everything is secure and encrypted but, why risk it? The user interface is clean and straight-forward for creating new templates. Also, we really like the batch job feature of S-Docs. Provides so many options for document generation and delivery. And they fairly recently enhanced the user interface to be completely in Lightning. Great user experience. The one other big thing about S-Docs is the people - outstanding technical support and customer support. They actually seem to care. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
