S-Docs Reviews & Product Details

Very powerful, lots of features, very reliable, fast support service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the end user UX could be improved, a CSS WYSIWYG editor would be nice, some advanced features require going into the code: would be nice to make them more easily usable for non-tech people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a versatile tool that can generate Email and Document templates for Salesforce records. The setup is comprehensive and includes some nice programmatic options for entering aggregate data, math functions onto documents if needed. There are also good options for automated creation and emailing of documents in Salesforce based on a process flow. The support team respond to any queries and are very helpful with requests. While there exist alternatives for small enterprises, the rates of S-Docs may prove costly for certain customers. S-Docs does not cater to all dialects, which might pose difficulties for patrons in foreign nations. The absence of social media integration opportunities can impede the growth of clients' promotional campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I sincerely can not find anything I dislike about S-Docs. It is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being native to Salesforce makes implementing very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Limitations in all products, but possibly limitations on document size due to being native would be about the only thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We integrated S-Docs into Salesforce and from day 1, as a non-profit organization, we were absolutely amazed at what this tool can do. It simplifies our daily work and is appreciated by every department in our company. S-Docs is easy to use and at the same time can be flexibly adapted to the different requirements of the departments. Sending the created documents with one click is just one of the wonderful features. The incredibly high time saving is another advantage that S-Docs brings with it. The easy building of different templates and forms is another great feature. Anyone who needs a tool for creating documents in Salesforce cannot avoid S-Docs, on the contrary it will only make the user happy after successful implementation. The user-friendliness and the incredibly great support are also worth mentioning here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

there is nothing to say. We are happy to get S-Docs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We could not be happier with S-Docs. Creating templates, merging information, and sending out mass comms has been seamless with this product. We use S-Docs for multiple operations processes, both internally and externally, and we haven't had any issues at all. The tool works for a myriad of documents: invoices, notifications, agreements, marketing materials, etc. The ability to review and edit the documents before sending off has saved our team a ton of time. Inserting related lists is not the easiest process, but there is plenty of documentation to help users figure it out! Once you insert the first one, it should be intuitive moving forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool being native to Salesforce is an excellent pro of S-Docs as the developers have greater flexibility to build complex feature requests compared to Conga/Drawloop, which are template-based tools. The template editor in the S-Docs is an excellent tool for continuously enhancing doc gen projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

S-Docs dev team continuously enhances the product, takes feedback from the customers and addresses the issues in a minimal time and I do not see a reason to dislike anything so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to set up, even easier to use, Great customer support, Nice templates, Overall one great software. It is also highly scalable and regular updates are coming that make it up to date with market requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With regular updates, there are always chances of bugs and compatibility issues. that is a problem, second thing is that its integration with other software is also tough and rigid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Templates are straightforward; they are easy to customize and implement. The support has been tremendous, and installing the product was a breeze. We replaced Conga with S-Docs and could not be happier. It has been a week since we officially switched to S-Docs, and we have no issues with its operation. It was effortless to train employees as the program is simple and easy to use for all skill types. We use S-Docs to generate many different types of documents - Quotes, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Service Reports, Packing Slips, and more. S-Docs can also edit documents before you send/download them without ever leaving the Salesforce platform, saving a ton of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Inserting "related lists" can be challenging in templates as there are only a few design options. Support is quick to respond and assist, making this challenge very easy to overcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
