**What do you like best about Rydedispatch?**

It is an easy to use platform with a dashboard that covers the needs of any type of transportation services--from the smallest rideshare services to medium cab and bus transportation businesses. For my small cab and rideshare operations, it allows me to keep track of clients, drivers and fares. It also has a convenient integrated fare payment solution that keeps track of the mileage and fares that can be paid by a customer at the end of a route.

**What do you dislike about Rydedispatch?**

I would like to integrate company branding into the app, and more options for payments, such as monthly payments or other solutions. Would be better if it offered options for discounts and rewards that could easily be offered to customers through the app. Rebranding of the app with company logo or small features would be nice.

**What problems is Rydedispatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An easy way to manage transportation and routes of me and a few employees. An easy place to keep track of everything from a PC dashboard with user access controls and app that all employees can use. It is the perfect solution for businesses that need to keep track of transportation and fares.

**What do you like best about Rydedispatch?**

Rydedispatch  has several capabilities that not available in most of its competitors in the market. it delivers on the total transportation management needs of operation managers, provides the ability to route any and all trips remotely and conduct immediate survey to gauge customer satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Rydedispatch?**

I wish it was available sooner. The market needed a system as this .

**What problems is Rydedispatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using this software has improved our overall efficiency significant, allow us to shift our operations to remote offices with the impact of covid-19 , and it has helped  streamline our process.
