**What do you like best about Ruuby?**

Ruuby’s app makes it possible to browse through the most recommended beauticians in London then book an appointment within a short span. The variety of luxurious spas available enables one to find a facility that is appropriate to their requirements.

**What do you dislike about Ruuby?**

I have realized some particular remedies that I sometimes need to use are missing in some treatments. During research, I have failed to locate any service provider absorbing conventional Thai massage from Ruuby.

**What problems is Ruuby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ruuby eliminates the problem of searching for good beauty services in London. Such services that allow one to book an appointment without having to ever leave the application can come in rather handy.
