"Not Reliable - Should Not be in Business"

The app is functional - that's the only thing I've experienced Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Soothe?

I've tried booking twice and each time they canceled 10 minutes before my therapist was supposed to arrive with no explanation or compensation. Not a reliable service. Don't waste your time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Soothe?

The app. The app makes the whole process so simple and easy to use. I cant think of any way to further streamline it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Soothe?

My massage therapist. I realize differant massage therapists are available so I may have just gotten a "bad apple". But I would like to see Soothe more thoroughly vet their people so their users have a more consistent experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
