(when they actually show up) **What do you dislike about Soothe?** Therapists haven't down up 75% of the time when I booked them. **What problems is Soothe solving and how is that benefiting you?** They were supposed to solve stress, and home wellness. They didnt. They made it worse. ### 2. Not a reliable service. Don't waste your time. **What problems is Soothe solving and how is that benefiting you?** None - because their service is unreliable. They say they offer a variety of massage services but seem like a scam because they cannot verify massage appointments. ### 4. I cant think of any way to further streamline it. **What do you dislike about Soothe?** My massage therapist. I realize differant massage therapists are available so I may have just gotten a "bad apple". But I would like to see Soothe more thoroughly vet their people so their users have a more consistent experience **What problems is Soothe solving and how is that benefiting you?** My work makes me tense and soothe helps me make appointments with massage therapists to help destress ### 5. The benefits are musculo-skeletal and mentally relaxing :) ### 6.
