The contract worksheets are very useful in assembling the loan contracts we use. Once I learned how to navigate the workspace. **What do you dislike about RouteOne?** The user interface is a little tricky to navigate, but that is due to the wealth of access we could possibly need. Despite the intimidating workspace, it is only a learning curve. **What problems is RouteOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** RouteOne allows us to create DMV documents electronically during sales: License Plates, 262s and 51s. We wish we could use this for acquisitions (buying) vehicles as well. ### 2. RouteOne is fully integrated with PBS. Once the numbers have been finalized in PBS, with just a couple clicks of the mouse, we can send all of the data over to RouteOne for the official credit application submission. The process is very neat and efficient. **What do you dislike about RouteOne?** Nothing. There used to be certain lenders that were not on the RouteOne platform, but that has changed during the pandemic. It is very reliable software. **What problems is RouteOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** RouteOne is now our one-stop shop for credit application submissions and funding tracking. We don't have to use multiple software programs to complete a deal, print the paperwork, and get it funded. RouteOne does it all. ### 3. The best in RouteOne financing. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Ariana G. | Sales Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2020 **What do you like best about RouteOne?** RouteOne is a very complete financing software, its interface is very friendly, so it is very useful to carry out the financing of our clients in a timely manner, so that our clients do not worry about loans. **What do you dislike about RouteOne?** RouteOne is complete software, but the Premium versions of RouteOne are very expensive. **Recommendations to others considering RouteOne:** RouteOne is the best financing software. **What problems is RouteOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** The best thing about this software is that our clients obtain financing directly from the bank through us and thus have secure financing in which they are freed from going to the bank to request loans that can take months to be approved, just by filling out a credit application The response of the bank through RouteOne is very fast, it is a very complete software and not only can I manage customer data and the services I offer to my customers, but I also manage my own money inflow. ### 5. Everything from forms for your lenders to up to date guidelines and rate sheets. You can submit applications, get approvals and payoffs, econtract, and check funding all in one place. **What do you dislike about RouteOne?** Sometimes it is hard to get a timely answer when there is a problem. The help desk can be hard to get info from. The good news is that there are usually not many problems. **Recommendations to others considering RouteOne:** I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to make there lives easier. It will speed up approvals and the finance process. **What problems is RouteOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the problem of a quick and complete process from start to finish. Having everything in one place is very handy. The features of deal refresh lets us adjust approvals without having to pick up the phone to the lender. ### 6. It is a useful tool for all sales and financing needs. **What do you dislike about RouteOne?** The only thing that sometimes is slightly difficult is that you have to use tokens frequently, it should be a little easier **Recommendations to others considering RouteOne:** RouteOne is integrated into our website, its service is great and allows customers to complete a financing request, which we as a company can request from the banks with which we do business, in general RouteOne is a software that I recommend to all companies **What problems is RouteOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** RouteOne is a software that matches the distributor portal that allows us to send and retrieve credit reports from customers and obtain financing for them, and RouteOne makes access to credit applications incredibly easy, the whole process is easier through of the customer portal. When a customer is not in the store, it allows us to provide instant satisfaction and approval easily and smoothly ### 7. Also, it needs to be easier to edit the parameters of the structure of a deal submitted.... **Recommendations to others considering RouteOne:** This and Dealertrack are pretty much where it is at... **What problems is RouteOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** It isn't as easy to edit facts in figures in deals that have already been called in as it is in Dealertrack. ### 8. I can pull credit, submit apps and create menus all on the same page and I can also manage my funding with ease. It also allows me to review all approvals I have received throughout the entire submission **What do you dislike about RouteOne?** I do not like what I have to use a different portal to show my customers a sales menu **Recommendations to others considering RouteOne:** It’s a good software just make sure you ask a ton of questions about the compliance aspect and how to stay compliant while using the software **What problems is RouteOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes easy to roll through a deal and submit it from step one which is credit to the end of the deal. ### 9. Benefit is that it eliminates some of the back and forth with lenders by phone ### 10.
