## About Rostery
Rostery is an all-in-one management platform built specifically for Australian NDIS and aged-care providers. It replaces the patchwork of separate rostering, timesheet, billing and compliance tools with a single system that runs your whole operation. At its core, Rostery combines intelligent scheduling with court-admissible Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and live GPS, so every shift is verified and auditable. A complete SCHADS award-interpreting payroll engine handles full award conditions, not just base rates, while the end-to-end revenue engine flows from price book to shift to timesheet to invoice to NDIS claim. Rostery includes full eMAR medication management (schedules, PRN logging, barcode verification, missed-dose alerts, drug-interaction flags and dual-sign for controlled substances), capability most competitors lack. 14 built-in AI features cover client risk scoring, incident pattern detection, NDIS reportability classification, SmartMatch staff-to-shift, budget burn-rate alerts and more. Security and compliance are native: Privacy Act audit logs, TFN encryption, 6-level role-based access control, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II, and full Australian data sovereignty (AWS Sydney). Carers work from a 32-screen native mobile app with offline mode. Integrations include Xero, MYOB, PRODA, the NDIS portal, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar, Zapier and Slack.
