Rostery is Australian software for NDIS and aged-care providers, bringing rostering, workforce management, payroll, billing and care management into one platform. Providers can schedule shifts, manage participant and staff records, capture timesheets and progress notes, and connect service delivery with invoicing and NDIS claims. Rostery also offers SCHADS payroll, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and GPS tracking, eMAR medication management, compliance tools, and built-in AI features. Support workers can access their schedules and records through the mobile app, while participant and family portals support communication. Integrations include Xero, MYOB, PRODA, the NDIS portal, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar, Zapier and Slack. Rostery is hosted in Australia and supports role-based access and audit logs.
