Ability to use ppt, videos and upload custom 3D models into the space. Also it is great to have a builtin AR player with multiple animations support for the GLB files. **What do you dislike about rooom?** The administration of the space is a little bit complex. What is more, although uploading custom 3D models is possible, however the quality of the uploaded model must be low and no possibility to interact with it. **What problems is rooom solving and how is that benefiting you?** rooom is providing a nice virtual space with many interactive features to organize virtual meetings and events with international colleagues. ### 2. Whenever I have any concerns the customer support team is not available. The worst thing is that accommodations is needed without breaking the bank due to their prices. **What do you dislike about rooom?** The website's less user friendly interface and detailed property descriptions make it difficult for me to find the room that does not suit all my needs. In terms of improvements I have noticed that rooom needs to benefit from user features in order to improve navigation and overall usability. **What problems is rooom solving and how is that benefiting you?** The current interface feels cluttered and overwhelming which causes confusion and frustration for users like myself. It made it so easy to troubleshoot when I had printer issues, but what I really loved was the ability to see my designs in 3D before I printed them. When trying to 3D print wearable items, it made designing so much easier and a lot more fun. **What do you dislike about rooom?** My only complaint is that I didn't hear about rooom sooner! **What problems is rooom solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am 3D printing wearable items and when I used rooom to visualize what the pieces look like saved an insurmountable amount of time usually wasted on trail and error.
