Is Rokt mParticle free, or does it offer a free trial?

Who is Rokt mParticle pricing best suited for?

mParticle by Rokt's pricing is best suited for enterprise organizations with large-scale, multi-channel data infrastructure needs and dedicated engineering teams. G2 reviewers from Enterprise segments across Banking, Entertainment, Broadcast Media, and Food & Beverages report the strongest fit, using mParticle by Rokt for real-time audience building, first-party data activation, and cross-platform event routing. Mid-Market companies can benefit, particularly in Travel, Restaurants, and Computer Security, but G2 reviewers in those segments more frequently flag cost concerns and steep learning curves. G2 reviews of mParticle by Rokt consistently warn that smaller teams without data engineering resources will struggle to justify the pricing or extract full value.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Rokt mParticle?

According to G2's pricing data for mParticle by Rokt, no free tier or publicly listed pricing tiers exist. mParticle by Rokt's pricing is structured entirely around custom enterprise quotes, meaning prospective buyers must engage sales to obtain cost details. G2 reviewers note this opacity as a friction point — one reviewer explicitly flags that needing to "get on a call with a salesperson" just to learn pricing is inconvenient. There is no self-serve free plan or standard trial documented in G2's pricing data for mParticle by Rokt, positioning it as a fully negotiated, contract-based CDP rather than a product with tiered or freemium entry points.

Is Rokt mParticle considered good value for its pricing?

According to G2 reviewers, mParticle by Rokt delivers strong value for large enterprises with dedicated data engineering resources, but cost is a recurring concern. Multiple G2 reviewers explicitly cite pricing as a barrier — one Mid-Market reviewer in Civic & Social Organization calls it "simply too high" and a primary reason for considering alternatives, while a Media Production reviewer describes it as "very very expensive." High ratings from Enterprise users in Banking, Entertainment, and Broadcast Media suggest the platform earns its premium for complex, multi-source data orchestration. G2 reviews of mParticle by Rokt consistently indicate that ROI depends heavily on having skilled personnel and a well-defined data strategy.

What do you like best about Rokt mParticle?

mParticle provides a very effective solution to building audiences for multichannel marketing campaigns, allowing you to reduce cross-channel cannibalisation of marketing campaigns and maximising ROI on ad-spend. The customer support team have been really supportive with getting our brands started and have always been helpful when we have had questions. The interface is very intuitive and makes it very easy to build segmentation, understand customers using the "User Profiles" and has good alerting in place when data feeds fail. What do you dislike about Rokt mParticle?

At the moment, the calculated attributes has very basic and limited functionality, so I would recommend doing all engineering of your metrics outside of the platform. Simply being able to multiply, add, divide and take away numbers from user fields would be a simple yet effective way to increase its functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
