What do you like best about Rocketseed?

Rocketseed is very user friendly. The customer service is top notch! Very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. They have examples to follow and give you templates to create your own signatures in Canva. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rocketseed?

There really isn't anything I dislike at Rocketseed. Possibly the only improvement would be more of an explanation on timeframes for different signatures, for example, Christmas - making sure that the regular signature goes back after the holidays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rocketseed solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’ve only had one issue, and it was really because I didn’t understand something and didn’t ask for clarification. That said, they helped me restore our regular signature when I couldn’t figure out how to do it after a holiday signature expired. Overall, it was more of a “me” issue than anything Rocketseed did. "Customizable Branding with Exceptional Support"

What do you like best about Rocketseed?

I really like that Rocketseed allows us to brand all of our external emails effectively. The ability to create different signatures for various campaigns throughout the year is great; it helps highlight different elements of our service to our client companies and candidate jobseekers. It’s also extremely valuable that Rocketseed helps us keep different receiver groups updated about events, new data we are publishing, or company news. We are able to track which links in our signatures get clicked more often, which is useful for converting traffic to our website or LinkedIn profiles. Whenever we need to make more complex changes, the Rocketseed team is always very responsive and helpful. The initial setup was handled smoothly by their team, which I appreciated. "Exceptional Support and User-Friendly Experience with Rocketseed"

What do you like best about Rocketseed?

I like how easy Rocketseed is to use. I don't really have to think about it; if there's anything I need to do, I can just go right into the platform and edit as needed. My client solutions manager, Luke Steyer, has been very helpful in figuring anything out I can't on my own. Rocketseed makes it easier for us to add our email signatures to all of our outgoing emails. Luke has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in his communication every step of the way. He took the time to walk me through the platform and explain Rocketseed's full range of services. What do you dislike about Rocketseed?

I'm learning how to make sure that accounts aren't doubled, that I don't have additional accounts within the platform that I don't need. Also, as we hire new employees or employees turnover, I need to ensure that the account is up to date, and we don't have additional people within the platform that shouldn't be. "Fantastic Support, Needs a More Intuitive UI"

What do you like best about Rocketseed?

I really like Rocketseed's great customer service. I can contact someone, usually Josephine, and get a response really quickly whenever we have any trouble. What do you dislike about Rocketseed?

Sometimes the interface, like the back end, can feel a little clunky, especially with banners and when adding new users. It's not so much problems as I feel like the UX design could be a little bit better and more user-friendly. I use Rocketseed for branded email headers and footers. It unifies our staff signatures and we get a lot of compliments on our headers. I find it easy to use and it adds an extra level of professionalism and fun to our emails. Since we do events and programs, the headers cycle through a bunch of different activities, which is great.
