They were real heroes providing good data we needed to replace bad. **What do you dislike about RIWI?** There were no particular downsides. Their price was a bit higher, but the data quality was worth it. **Recommendations to others considering RIWI:** RIWI was very good and reliable. They are better suited for certain types of studies vs. others, but we were completely satisfied with our experience. **What problems is RIWI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company was using another provider for hard-to-find sample. When we received data from this provider, we found that at least 20% was clearly bad data and needed replaced. We brought in RIWI at the 11th hour to help us replace the sample we had to toss out. Thanks to them, they saved our project and provided good sample data that passed all our cleaning tests. I would recommend using them and we will use them again in the future. ### 2. We had very little to do with the buildout, which freed us up to focus our time on our other projects. **What do you dislike about RIWI?** There was a little bit of effort required to reach RIWI in order to pay them for their services, but we were quickly assured that this issue was being resolved within their team. **What problems is RIWI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We requested RIWI's help with gauging sentiments around capitalism and socialism in Latin America to better understand public opinion. ### 4. They provided useful data and were very responsive to my suggestions and questions.
