Rising Team Reviews & Product Details

Rising Team is an AI-powered leadership development platform for managers and their teams. Its core product is Arti, an AI Leadership Personal Trainer that delivers personalized coaching, roleplay practice, and facilitated team-building sessions grounded in real data about each manager's actual team. What makes Rising Team different from generic AI coaching tools Most AI coaching products are open chat interfaces. There is no structured plan, no scheduled cadence, and no way to translate advice into action. Rising Team is built as a structured system instead. Every manager works through four session types on a recurring schedule set directly on their calendar: Coaching: sharpen specific management skills through 1:1 sessions with Arti Working Sessions: build real deliverables together, including scripts, documents, and plans Roleplay: rehearse difficult conversations before they happen, with sessions scored and evaluated against a real team member's working style and communication profile Team-Building: run facilitated team sessions without prep work, using structured kits Arti learns about each person through interactive team-building sessions covering natural talents, appreciation style, feedback preferences, and working style. This means coaching, roleplay scenarios, and answers are grounded in the manager's actual team rather than generic prompts or a single individual's chat history. Team-building kits Rising Team offers four kit formats, all based in leadership science: Connection Kits: 45 to 60 minutes, up to 15 users per session, built for team bonding Development Kits: 90 to 120 minutes, up to 15 users per session, built to develop leadership skills and generate team insights Mini Kits: 10 to 15 minutes, designed for recurring team meetings and for hourly or frontline workers Custom Kits: built by companies to scale their own leadership philosophies and content across their org Development Kit topics include working styles, natural talents, appreciation, resilience, clear expectations, motivators, career horizons, feedback culture, prioritization, learning agility, navigating change, and conscious listening.
