The platform is very user-friendly and has many advantages. One of the cool things about the platform is how it allows for easy uploads of projects created on different platforms like Canva. However, time efficiency comes into play with their awesome, premade, editable templates. You can use their templates to fill out the needed information for your screens. We are K-12 and sometimes we all needed to know some information and sometimes only certain buildings needed other information. Risevision allowed us to unify and separate that information. I love how they are doing what they can to make it easy to put up information with their premade templates. You can put up a slide in seconds. You can also use Microsoft Office, Google, and Cava to create your templates quickly and easily. It was also compatible with our Promethean boards and easy to Implement so that we can have Risevision in every classroom along with the smart TVs in the hallways. When we did not have smart TVs then Risevision had many other ways to put their program on devices. One thing I do like about them as well is when I do have a problem their customer support is always eager to help. **What do you dislike about Rise Vision?** The one struggle I have had is in setting up different buildings and sharing information to the different boards. It is sometimes confusing. The teacher permission sets can be too limited in what they can access. I wish there was more ability to create my own permission roles. Support has been incredibly responsive to my inquiries, helping me to navigate any questions or issue that arise. Every presentation looks professional and displays the information I am sharing beautifully. **What do you dislike about Rise Vision?** The one thing I do not like is the limitations using Apple TV. There are a limited number of presentations that we can not use because of this. Additionally, using the Google Calendar presentation would be wonderful to use, but the time zone isn't transferring to the Apple TV. Our calendar is set using Coordinated Universal time, and when displaying on the Apple TV, the time of each event is not correct. ASU currently has 77 Rise Vision displays on campus and 40 digital sign administrators. I have been managed the displays since our initial implementation. We have seen Rise Vision evolve based on the needs of the customer and have been impressed with the quality of the Rise Vision product. The support provided by Rise Vision is exceptional with a less than a 24 hour response time. They provide live and recording training. They provide a weekly email that highlights best practices and new templates. The platform is designed with an end user in mind whose main job is not digital signage. The user can "get in and get out," utilizing the ever-expanding template library. These templates are designed by Rise Vision digital media experts and all you have to do is enter some text and an image, and you are good to go! They provide seasonal templates and to help keep you content fresh. They have brand settings that automaticall change the templates to your pre-determined colors and logos. Some of the templates are "auto-updating", allowing you to "set it and forget it". The content is automatically updated with Rise Vision handling the content. The scheduling feature allows you to plan out how your content will be displayed. Say you want something to be shown only on Thursdays from 3pm - 6pm. You can do that with the entire schedule or a specific piece of content. The interface allows you to be as simple or complex to fit your particular institution. The platform allows you to have multiple users with different permissions. You can even connect to Google Apps in order to keep information up-to-date. They have a Canva connector to easily design content and add it to your signage. I am responsible for training the digital signage administrators and it takes less than 30 minutes to get them up and running. **What do you dislike about Rise Vision?** One suggestion to improve Rise Vision is to have a shared area so users can share presentations and uploads. At this time, a user is placed in their own sub-company and is not able to share with users in other sub-companies. I have to send shared content through an email distribution group. **What problems is Rise Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?** ASU has struggled with internal communications and Rise Vision digital signage allows us to reach fellow Rams quickly and efficiently. Different areas of the campus display tailored content relevant to that location. By using digital signage, we have reduced our paper-based communication methods and overloading email inboxes and cluttered hallway bulletin boards. We are currently working through a Unified Communications Project and Rise Vision plays an improtant role in this intiative. It was very easy to setup and get started, and easy to integrate into our existing syetmes. We frequently use the templates provided, recognizing the special holidays and events that we recognize in Indiana, but also the weather, this day in history, and countdown presnetations. One of the best feautures, in my opinion is the ability to easily link a Google Slide presentation and display it on its own or with the surrounding time, news, etc. Almost daily, we use the Rise Vision site to update our screens. I appreciate the e-mail messages from 'Blake' offering support and ideas on how to use Rise Vision to the fullest way possible. We have been using it for over three years to livestream our daily chapel service across campus and it has worked well for us. They have added a lot of helpful features since we first started using them and it has only gotten better. We also are able to easily give tornado warning/watch notifications across campus for the safety of our students. The customer service is pretty quick, and they have always been helpful. I oversee my own screens, but also train new screen owners in best practices, and I have yet to hear any concerns about Rise being difficult to learn. Overall, I am happy with the product. **What do you dislike about Rise Vision?** I wish there was a better way to organize files in storage. We have a LOT of screens and screen owners, so I sometimes have to sort through their files as well to file find mine. **What problems is Rise Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to be able to stream a daily event across all screens, and Rise lets us replace any screen's schedule at any time. This is helpful for emergency situations as well. We even have alumni who like to take selfies with the Rise Vision board when they see their graduating class! They are willing to make videos for me to teach me other components that I needed help with. Although, I am in Rise Vision daily, I do love the emails about new templates that are available. They have shared that it's been the best 1500 dollars they have spent in their tech budget. It used to take hours to change the technology via photos/videos. Now it takes minutes. It is also very user friendly in comparison to other digital signage tools we tested and vetted. Rise also has offered excellent customer support when we have needed it. They have ensured our satisfaction 100% after the sale because they value our business. **What do you dislike about Rise Vision?** They are working on adding more device options to their system. We needed to utilize low cost devices that unfortunately did not meet Rise specifications, but they helped remedy this for us. **What problems is Rise Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can communicate our message to our staff and students clearly, effectively, and most importantly in a timely manner. Once I have my users and their devices added (which was the easiest implementation and took me all of 3 minutes), I show them how to use their easy to use website to add content and I am done. No more having to update JSON files when a user wants to change their powerpoint. Their premade templates are wonderfully designed so our users don't have to spend hours designing new content. Being able to upload our Brand colors and logos makes it easy for our brand to stay consistent across platforms. If I ever had any questions, their Customer Support was quick to reach back to me with solutions or even ideas I havent thought of. **What do you dislike about Rise Vision?** The one thing I wish Rise Vision had was an easier way to add music to presentations. You can add videos with sound, but my users would like to add music to their premade templates for background noise. **What problems is Rise Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our digital signage before looked like garbage as it was a google slide with boring generic information. The templates are eye-catching and can be customized with our school colors and logo. So easy to upload and schedule. The visuals are nice and bright and you can't miss them when you walk into the vestibule of the store. **What do you dislike about Rise Vision?** Our files are stored on the software sight but I have not been able to figure out how to reschedule them from the storage area. **What problems is Rise Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have a great help button that can answer your questions.
