CHAO/S is a Unique Machine learning based OR solver. We have built a patented AI based tool (ChAOS) to reduce power consumption in caustic soda plants by 1-2%. The tool has been productised and can be deployed at any site in 2-3 weeks. This multi variate multiple third degree polynomial equations can not be solved by Simplex based excel solver OR by any off the shelf optimization research solvers such as Gurobi, Baron The reason for the same is because it requires n number of iterations which goes beyond what an OR solver can do. Hence we use power of machine learning to reduce the solution scope and thereby solve classically unsolved optimization problems.
