It feels tailored to how we actually work, rather than forcing us into a rigid template. Two features have recently become indispensable for us: • AI Copilot (Daily Briefs): This has been a game-changer for meeting prep. It provides a comprehensive view of all past interactions—including meetings and emails—across our entire organization, ensuring we never walk into a conversation without full context. • iOS App: As someone who is frequently on the road, the mobile experience is top-tier. It’s incredibly intuitive and makes entering new information or checking our deal flow effortless while traveling. Beyond the software, the onboarding process for our new team members was remarkably swift and seamless. I like that Rings AI has incredible relationship mapping because it uses AI so well, saving me a lot of time. It's clear that it was built from the ground up for recurring relationships, which is ideal for my needs. The time-saving aspect is crucial since fundraising involves a lot of outreach, and Rings AI helps me focus on the right people and provides a clearer view of the relationship map, enhancing the context in my conversations. It's powerful and was built as if they consulted with someone like me. Additionally, the initial setup was quite straightforward, and while the UI could be simplified a bit, once I got the hang of it, I was good to go. I use Rings AI for CRM in my marketing agency, and I like that it helps with deal management, contact management, and mapping out relationships with prospects. It saves me a lot of time and money by enriching each contact with important information and is super easy to use and very customizable. Other CRMs need additional apps or add-ons to enrich contact/company data, but Rings AI has that built-in, making it easy and more affordable.
