Ribbon was oversold. When first implemented it was buggy, and promised functions made in the sales phase were continually pushed back. The functionality that did exist was buggy, and required significant troubleshooting from our end to solve as Ribbon did not want to dedicate the time or manpower to help us solve the issues.
