"Beautiful, Responsive Emails in Salesforce!? BEE Free Just Work"
5/5
What do you like best about RGE Studio?

As a longtime user of email marketing tools like Mailchimp, I honestly didn't expect to fall in love with BEE Free — but here we are.

When our organization moved to Salesforce, I needed a design companion that could help us create beautiful emails inside that ecosystem. If you've spent any time in Salesforce, you know navigating it can feel like being blindfolded and pushed into a Costco and asked to find the nutmeg.

We're now producing some of the most beautiful, responsive emails we've ever sent — and pushing them into Salesforce. It's one of those tools that just works, and that's rarer than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RGE Studio?

Honestly? It’s hard to find something to dislike. The tool is intuitive, the output is beautiful, and it just works.

If I’m reaching for a gripe, it’s this: I’d love to see RGE Studios bring the same design magic they’ve applied to email into a forms creation tool. They’ve clearly cracked the code on making complex things feel simple — I’d hand them my form-building headaches in a heartbeat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elisa Battigelli of RGE Studio

Hi Robert,

Really glad to hear RGE Studio is helping your team create beautiful, responsive emails within your Salesforce workflow. Making email design feel simpler, faster, and less painful is exactly what we’re here for, so it means a lot to know it’s working well for you.

On the forms idea, we hear you. We’ve shared this feedback with our Product Team.

We’re here if you ever need anything else. Happy designing!

"Intuitive Drag-and-Drop Email Builder could use some improvements"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RGE Studio?

What I like most about RGE Studio is how intuitive and easy it is to use. The drag-and-drop interface makes building emails fast and efficient, while still offering plenty of flexibility for customization. I can quickly create professional-looking emails without needing to code, and the overall user experience feels very streamlined. It strikes a great balance between simplicity and powerful design capabilities. I haven't used any integrations, or AI capabilities and never needed support. Pricing is a bit elevated in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RGE Studio?

One thing I would like to see improved is support for bullet points and list formatting. This is something I use frequently when creating email content, and not having that option can make formatting more time-consuming.

I also find the monthly pricing to be a bit high for my needs. While the platform offers great functionality, the cost can feel difficult to justify if you're not using it on a very regular basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elisa Battigelli of RGE Studio

Hi Mikaela,

Thank you for this review! It's great to hear RGE Studio has been saving you time on your email workflow.

On bullet points and list formatting, we hear you. The separate block structure does add some steps, and it's designed that way to ensure better compatibility across email clients. If you haven't already, Working with paragraph and list content blocks (https://support.reallygoodemails.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004496172-Working-with-paragraph-and-list-content-blocks) walks through the formatting options available, including indentation and spacing controls that might make the workflow a bit smoother. If you're still finding the workflow a bit cumbersome, feel free to reach out to our Support Team and they'd be happy to help. We'll also make sure this feedback reaches our product team.

We're here if you need anything else.

"Flexible Design Tools, Smooth Performance, and Affordable Pricing"
5/5
What do you like best about RGE Studio?

I like the design tools and flexibility that RGE Studio provides versus the limited tools email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact provide. The integrations into these many platforms is also very convenient to push emails in as campaigns. The performance of the app is very smooth and fast. As a small business we love that the pricing is affordable with the limited amount of emails we are creating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RGE Studio?

I feel like the organization of projects in the app could be improved. I find it hard to navigate and find what i am looking for with the project cards truncating project names. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elisa Battigelli of RGE Studio

Hi Brandon,

Thank you for this review! It's great to hear RGE Studio has been a good fit for your workflow and integrations.

On project organization, we hear you. The project card truncation is a real friction point when you're managing a lot of projects. One tip that may help in the meantime: there's a search bar on the Projects page that lets you search for any folder or design by name, which can be faster than scanning through cards. You can find more tips in Managing project folders (https://support.reallygoodemails.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004546271-Managing-project-folders). If you're still having trouble navigating, feel free to reach out to our Support Team and they'd be happy to help.

We'll also make sure your feedback on truncated project names reaches our product team. We're here if you need anything else.

"Bulletproof Email Design with RGE Studio"
5/5
What do you like best about RGE Studio?

I really like that RGE Studio's editor is mostly developed by them, allowing us to focus on our core features. The ability to change the number of rows and columns and control what goes into each one with a simple drag and drop system is great. Our users are much happier now that they can easily create multi-column layouts, add buttons, and change element styles without issues, especially when compared to our previous custom WYSIWYG editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RGE Studio?

It would be nice if RGE Studio offered to handle the AI part entirely on their end without our need to develop the orchestration layer. Also, it would be really appreciated if their system had better ways to handle more types of dynamic content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elisa Battigelli of RGE Studio

Hi Mendel,

Thanks so much for your kind words about the Beefree SDK, the editor that powers RGE Studio! We're so happy to hear that you (and your users!) are happy with the embeddable editor.

About your ask to have Beefree SDK handle the full AI-powered design experience (instead of you having to build an agent on top of our MCP): We can absolutely see how this would be helpful and our team is actively working on something that we think you might enjoy. We'd love to give you an early preview and hear your feedback. If you're interested, would you mind sending our support team (sdksupport@beefree.io) a quick note about this so we can pick it up from there?

Can't wait to hear from you!

"Flexible, Easy to Use, and Seamlessly Integrated with Gmail"
5/5
What do you like best about RGE Studio?

The flexibility and ease of use are wonderful and being able to send it directly from my GMail account has been a key factor in the success of our projects! We have had no compatibility issues with users engaging with the content so the performance has been wonderful compared to other platforms. We are a Not For Profit so the option to get a discount on cost has been a great help in getting started with the platform and demonstrating its ease of use and integration with our existing resources. Onboarding as a NFP was easy and seamless and the AI assistant has made some useful suggestions along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RGE Studio?

We have not really run into anything that has been an issue or trouble spot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elisa Battigelli of RGE Studio

Hi,

Thank you for this review! It's great to hear the Gmail integration has been driving more engagement in your internal communications, and that onboarding as a nonprofit went smoothly.

Thanks for being part of the RGE Studio community. Happy designing!

"Easy Drag-and-Drop Email Builder That Plays Nicely with Outlook"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RGE Studio?

It's easy to create new emails and templates that can be used to make quick emails. The drag-and-drop UI is perfect. It takes some learning (difference between content block and row, etc.), but it is worth that initial time investment to save yourself time later.

It integrates well with Outlook. I save an OTF, open it up, and send. All the formatting is preserved and it looks great when people open it.

It performs well. The only performance issues I've encountered are it occasionally gives me a "sad computer face" when I'm working with large emails. That's not very common. The save status at the top is helpful.

It is worth the price. Not even a consideration. I get so much use out of it, I will defend it in any budget discussion. Nobody involved thinks the price is unacceptable.

Support is a little sketchy. I wouldn't know who at RGE I could go directlyto for assistance. The AI help bot is solid. I ask it questions regularly to learn new things and improve my emails. It rarely leads me astray. Sometimes the AI bot takes a circuitous route to get me the answer I need. But most of the time it is straightforward. AI bots are always a gamble. But I have no issues asking the RGE AI bot for tips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RGE Studio?

There are all these gorgeous email templates in RGE. But there is no simple way to take them and start using them. It took me a while to learn that in order to use one of the templates, I need to download the HTML to my computer, then upload the HTML back into RGE to use it. Why can't I send it directly from the template library to RGE Studio? This extra step has stopped me from trying new templates a few times. And why can I only upload 4 HTML email templates per month? I can't figure out why RGE places such a high value on templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elisa Battigelli of RGE Studio

Hi,

Thank you for this review. We’re really glad RGE Studio is helping your team create sharper, more reliable emails and simplify your Outlook workflow.

We understand your feedback on the connection between email inspiration and email creation. Being able to move from a great example to an editable email template in RGE Studio is an important part of the experience, and this is on our radar as we continue improving the product.

We also appreciate your note about support. We’re glad the AI help bot has been useful, and you can always reach our Support Team here if you need help from a person: https://support.reallygoodemails.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Thanks again for sharing such detailed feedback, and happy designing!

"Most Advanced Email Builder with Intuitive Controls"
5/5
What do you like best about RGE Studio?

By far the most advanced email builder I’ve used. Being able to adjust most settings separately for mobile and desktop views is extremely helpful. The options feel intuitive and easy to navigate, and exporting files and templates is straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RGE Studio?

Some features are locked behind a paid tier that I can’t justify paying for. It would be really helpful if I could review the links used in the project and get notified about other possible optimizations before finalizing or sending. I’d also appreciate additional options beyond simply previewing layouts when designing for dark and light screens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elisa Battigelli of RGE Studio

Hi,

Thank you for this review! It's great to hear the mobile and desktop controls have been making a difference in your workflow.

- On the link review and pre-send optimizations, Smart Check (https://support.reallygoodemails.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004546251-Smart-Check) lets you review potential issues before finalizing your design. Please note that Smart Check is available on Business and Enterprise plans. If you're currently on a paid plan, you can start a 15-day Business or Enterprise trial to try Smart Check and see whether it helps with this part of your workflow.

-On dark mode, there's already a Dark Mode Preview toggle in the builder's Preview mode (https://support.reallygoodemails.com/hc/en-us/articles/4550122067730-Dark-Mode-Preview) that simulates how your design renders on dark devices. It may not cover everything you have in mind, but it's worth exploring if you haven't tried it yet.

If any of the above doesn't fully cover what you're looking for, feel free to reach out to our Support Team, and they'd be happy to help you find a workaround.

We're here if you need anything else. Happy designing!

"Efficient Email Design with Seamless Outlook Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about RGE Studio?

I like that RGE Studio's Outlook connector makes it easy to create beautiful emails, eliminating the cumbersome and problematic experience with Microsoft tools. I can't live without the syncing rows feature, which makes it easy to update the full library of emails with minor changes, like a footer update. This feature also ensures a consistent look and brand throughout our emails, allowing us to template all or parts of our regular communications. The initial setup was easy and very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RGE Studio?

The one pain point I have is the Constant Contact connector, but I understand the limitations of Constant Contact's API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elisa Battigelli of RGE Studio

Hi Tereasa,

Thank you for this review! Really glad to hear the Outlook connector and synced rows have been making such a difference for your team.

On the Constant Contact connector, we hear you. We'd love to understand better what's been causing friction, so feel free to reach out to our Support Team(https://support.reallygoodemails.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and they'd be happy to dig into your specific situation. In the meantime, our help center has a dedicated article that might be useful: Exporting to Constant Contact (https://support.reallygoodemails.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009372259-Exporting-to-Constant-Contact).

"Easy Visual Email Building with Creative Customization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RGE Studio?

The thing that works best for me as a communications specialist locked into a specific email client system is being able to arrange email elements visually in an easy to use UI and easily integrate them into our client with a simply copy and paste.

It allows for a much greater range of creativity and customization that we otherwise would not be afforded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RGE Studio?

The only downside I can think of is that occasionally I will have to reload the page when linking images from external sources. But that is a very minor issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elisa Battigelli of RGE Studio

Hi,

Thank you for this review! It's great to hear RGE Studio has been giving your team more creative flexibility without changing how you work.

On the occasional page reload when linking external images, one thing worth checking is whether the images are served via HTTPS. If they're not, they may not load correctly in the builder. Our article How to use external images in your design (https://support.reallygoodemails.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004496232-How-to-use-external-images-in-your-design) covers this and a few other things to keep in mind when using remotely hosted images. If it keeps coming up, feel free to reach out to our Support Team and they'd be happy to look into it.

"Amazing platform for nonprofits"
5/5
What do you like best about RGE Studio?

I absolutely love RGE Studio! It's really only gotten better since I started using it about 2yrs ago when it was BeeFree. As a nonprofit having a free platform for us to build aesthetic emails is so important and the integration with RGE into Pardot is seamless. It sends emails immediately to Pardot and I'm able to make any edits in RGE and have it update the template in Pardot. Really absolutely amazing and efficient software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RGE Studio?

I think RGE on it's own when it was mostly a place to find inspiration when looking for email templates was amazing- I only wish they'd add more to their template library. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elisa Battigelli of RGE Studio

Hi,

Thank you for this review! It means a lot to hear that RGE Studio has been such a valuable tool for your nonprofit over the years.

On the template library, we hear you. We try to add new templates anytime possible, so it's worth checking back from time to time. But we'll share this precious feedback to our product team!
