Rewind Backups Reviews & Product Details

I have installed rewind backups to a github account in order to protect code that is used for my business, as a software company will be working on our code and I wanted it to be protected in case of any issues. I now feel safe to move forward with this thanks to Rewind. I was a little confused of how to add the subscription to an organisation and Stephan was nothing short of helpful, kind, patient and responsive, making sure I got the outcome I needed, Robyn was also very helpful. The best thing is what the Rewind team has created, namely Trello board backups. I haven't found any other product like it, and what I do in Trello is crucial for my business.

It would be good to change the client interface a little. One button for the list of Trello boards that are backed up. You could also change the layout of the boards, with those that are not backed up on the left and those that are backed up on the right. I don't need anything else for now. It’s incredibly easy to integrate with github and just works. We back up over 300 GitHub repositories daily, including not just code but also issues, labels, milestones, and releases. We've never had a failure, and on rare retries, it handles them automatically. Also, their support is fast and helpful, even billing changes were sorted out quickly. It would be great to have more granular control over backup settings or notifications. Right now, it’s very much a “set it and forget it” tool, which is great, but a few advanced options for power users wouldn’t hurt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app is so efficient in creating backups for all inventory, category pages, web pages, product pages and automating it so we as merchants don't have to worry or manually do anything. The only issue I found is if a product has been deleted and you want to recover it, if it was in a category or page that already has been deleted as well, you are unable to recover the product page after deletion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish they had the capability to trigger multiple backup each day rather than a single backup. I would also love to see the ability to self schedule, at this point you need to coordinate the start time change with the team (the good thing is the team is great to work with). Having everything backed up easily - it's vital. Super easy implementation. My favorite aspect so far has been the Customer Service. In an obvious attempt at forcing you to subscribe for 6 months, you are not able to export your own data from backup after signing up to their service unless you have been with them for 6 months.
