Rewind Backups provide specific granularity for your instances. I find it easy to setup, configure and test. The people and support from the Rewind team is beyond compare, they lead and support with empathy. The functions are very transparent and easy to use. The administration and transition to an SSO login went flawlessly. The collaboration with the development department, including the direct implementation of parts of our feedback, is very productive, direct, and always an open exchange. I use Rewind Backups for my BigCommerce sandbox and production environment. It solves the issue of backups flawlessly, allowing us to revert back quickly if we run into any issues or errors on the site. I like that we can choose what components we want to revive from a backup, and that it backs up all of our customer and order data, which is essential for an e-commerce site. I also appreciate how easily it works out of the box and how easy it is to navigate. They gave us a great deal on backing up both the production and sandbox environments in one package. I have installed rewind backups to a github account in order to protect code that is used for my business, as a software company will be working on our code and I wanted it to be protected in case of any issues. I now feel safe to move forward with this thanks to Rewind. I was a little confused of how to add the subscription to an organisation and Stephan was nothing short of helpful, kind, patient and responsive, making sure I got the outcome I needed, Robyn was also very helpful. The best thing is what the Rewind team has created, namely Trello board backups. I haven't found any other product like it, and what I do in Trello is crucial for my business.

It would be good to change the client interface a little. One button for the list of Trello boards that are backed up. You could also change the layout of the boards, with those that are not backed up on the left and those that are backed up on the right. I don't need anything else for now. It’s incredibly easy to integrate with github and just works. We back up over 300 GitHub repositories daily, including not just code but also issues, labels, milestones, and releases. We've never had a failure, and on rare retries, it handles them automatically. Also, their support is fast and helpful, even billing changes were sorted out quickly. The app is so efficient in creating backups for all inventory, category pages, web pages, product pages and automating it so we as merchants don't have to worry or manually do anything.
