**What do you like best about RevShoppe?**

They brought a ton of experience to the table with the project we were working on. They brought in industry insights and historical data to help us build a case for the project internally. Every single week they came prepared with more and more suggestions and guidance on how to accomplish what we were working on. It was always productive and they were fun to work with!

**What do you dislike about RevShoppe?**

Nothing, I don't have anything to add here; they were wonderful to work with.

**What problems is RevShoppe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I first engaged with RevShoppe I was new to my role and tasked with implementing a new content operating model to benefit our sales team and re-enabling our team on an outbound email platform. I joined the project midway through the implementation. I was brand new to my job and immediately thrown into the deep end. Luckily, RevShoppe was there to guide me the entire time and couldn't have made that transition easier for me.

Thanks to the rigor and organization of the RevShoppe team, I was able to catch up on months of prep work in about two weeks. They provided a lot of documentation that was logical and easy to follow. They were instrumental in sorting out our outbound messaging platform and making it easier for our reps to use. 

On top of that, they established a content operating model for us that guided us on how to get our key stakeholders aligned for the type of messaging we needed and how to continue to refine and build on our foundation even after our engagement with RevShoppe was over. They set us up for success for the foreseeable future. In fact, I am repurposing the content operating model and applying it to other projects I am working on now. 

I couldn't be happier with how the engagement went, and I look forward to working with them again when the need arises.

**What do you like best about RevShoppe?**

Clear communication, action items, collaboration and the feeling the RevShoppe team is an extent of your day-to-day operations. RevShoppe delivered what was agreed upon and went beyond to specifically help our case.

**What do you dislike about RevShoppe?**

I wouldn't say I disliked anything. Some recommendations are very detailed and time consuming, while still being worth the investment. Make sure to have enough foreseen time to collaborate.

**What problems is RevShoppe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Various business operational improvements in a highly volatile sales organization for a multiple hundred people team.

Warm, razor-sharp, futuristic, totally human. That's how I would describe the team at Revshoppe. I worked with the team for over a year on a partner basis during my time at Vidyard. During that time we worked on a number of joint client projects with F500 global enterprise clients. Josh, Jason, and Patti have created something special. Companies love to talk about customer-centricity, but when you talk to someone on the Revshoppe team - literally anyone - you actually feel it. No wonder customers love them and keep coming back. Any opportunity to work with Revshoppe is a great one.

**What do you like best about RevShoppe?**

The people, the quality of work, the commitment to excellence.

**What do you dislike about RevShoppe?**

Nothing bad to say. They're on the smaller side, so if you're looking for a McKinsey-esque fleet of consultants, they may not be the partner for you.

RevShoppe came in and got right to work with our team to understand each team's processes, terminology, and the goal each team was striving towards with Outreach. The communication with them has been superb. They took the initiative to set up a slack channel with our reps and have been in constant contact regarding possible updates, changes and answering our questions quickly. Special shout-out to Kevin and Jason for getting our Outreach triggers set up so fast!

**What do you like best about RevShoppe?**

Their communication stood out the most. RevShoppe took the initiative to schedule 1:1 calls with our team leaders to understand each process, problem, and the goals they are trying to achieve within Outreach to make sales rep's lives easier. Then they got right to work and came back with a project plan of action.

RevShoppe was contracted to write sequences and improve our BDR process, and deliver training on those improvements. We saw profound insights come to our org about our personas and target market due to the things RevShoppe uncovered and the way they approached the sequence writing / training. The BDR's have really taken well to the sequences.

**What do you like best about RevShoppe?**

Their direct communication and focus on us as a customer. The value they delivered was always clear and they took great ownership of helping our business progress.

**What do you dislike about RevShoppe?**

I had no complaints working with them. I felt they were a stand-up organization.

**What problems is RevShoppe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved our GTM messaging and strategic persona-based personalization of emails with RevShoppe. We have seen an increase in conversations because of the sequences and despite all the factors in selling in the world today are still managing to succeed in so many ways in part due to their efforts with us.

I partnered with RevShoppe to help us build specific sales messaging for five core product lines for my team. I initially viewed them as email messaging content creators. They delivered on that but ended up providing so much more,... from integration expertise, implementation of our sales engagement platform, best practice advice and consulting, conversion tracking, and leading and driving inter-departmental meetings and team training to maximize effectiveness all around.

Reveshoppe is most helpful in the vast array of experience they have in an area where it can be challenging to find. They also operate with incredible professionalism, efficiency, and integrity.

**What do you dislike about RevShoppe?**

No complaints. The only thing of note is the common business challenge of keeping delivery high as they scale.

**What problems is RevShoppe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales messaging creation and success monitoring, Sales engagement platform implementation, integration, and optimizations, Sales training, success monitoring. We found success across the board with RevShoppe.

We just upgraded our Outbound sales tools as we build out a brand new SDR team. We chose to buy Outreach as our vendor and RevShoppe was the team who was helping us onboard. 

We had a few meetings each week at the beginning of kickoff to ensure all steps of creating our outreach instance was set up correctly. Some of the things Kevin and Yaz personally helped me with were:

Personas
Triggers
Sequences
Best Rulesets
Making sure all user settings/seats are set up

When trying to plan a virtual sales kickoff and hiring my own team, the RevShoppe team made it really easy for us to get our instance of Outreach set up so we can start outbounding more quickly. Within a month or so, our SDR's are already showing improvement in their call/email metrics.

**What do you like best about RevShoppe?**

I liked how the team was always consultative in their approach, always seeking to understand my specific challenges before making a suggestion/recommendation.

**What do you dislike about RevShoppe?**

There isn't much I disliked. For me personally, I have a hard time looking at really dense spreadsheets and finding out what's a priority, but the Revshoppe team was able to help me overcome that by scheduling separate office hours to work on our content together.

**What problems is RevShoppe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing Outreach.

Typically this requires a lot of knowledge with Salesforce. They were able to work with our SFDC admin and myself asynchronously, so we were able to really leverage the RevShoppe while our internal team was unable to meet. 

The benefit was spending a lot less time on setting up outreach and having a guide to ensure things are set up as desired.

**What do you like best about RevShoppe?**

Our dedicated project team has been consistent and offers varying expertise: writing, coaching, technical, etc.

**What do you dislike about RevShoppe?**

I would point more of the critical feedback to my company, and less to RevShoppe. That said, I wish we could've gotten more writing exercises out of our package since that was our primary focus to offset investments we couldn't get fulfilled. The package we invested in seemed less flexible from that perspective

**Recommendations to others considering RevShoppe:**

The more that you can have prepared for them, the better. If you're looking for help with writing, have your messaging and persona work as up to date as possible. If you're looking for operational support, have as much detail as possible on your funnel, lead lifecycle, and so on. The most optimal situation seems to be allowing them to come in asses the foundation of your platform, and let them make recommendations from there -- I only wish we could've established our investment package that way.

Cadence writing, coaching to the users of the platform. We were looking for best practices -- RevShoppe is delivering.

We brought on RevShoppe at Tray.io to help streamline our Sales/SDR workflow in Outreach.io, optimize our complex systems, and train our admins/users on best practices within Outreach so our team could run as efficiently as possible.

**What do you like best about RevShoppe?**

The RevShoppe team was the most engaged, helpful, and fun team of partners I've ever worked with. Our internal processes were quite complex, but we were always able to come together, discuss possible solutions, and work through all challenges. Jason, Paige, and Patty are exceptional communicators and followed through with all things surfaced, small or big. They made sure to check in and always offered up great advice/tactics.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the RevShoppe team. They've been instrumental to our success.

They are lifesavers! The RevShoppe team has been able to remove some of the most challenging parts of sales engagement. Not only that but I've also been able to learn a ton about Outreach and best practices along the way.

With a huge tech stack and disparate systems of automation, it was difficult to track down where things break and how to troubleshoot. With RevShoppe, we were able to migrate a ton of our processes into Outreach and gained visibility into our complex workflow. By doing so, we're able to create more automation to help us run more efficiently and increase capacity of our sales reps.

We worked closely with the RevShoppe team on a number of projects for our ISR org including sequence writing, Outreach training and systems configuration. They are a very collaborative and responsive team, and they make it easy to work with them.

Their knowledge/expertise. They definitely know their stuff.

Our industry is unique so their creative writing wasn't as applicable to our audience. I definitely wouldn't say I disliked anything about them, we just have unique challenges.

Hands-on sales engagement consultants and practitioners.

Worked quickly yet thoroughly. Spent time to figure out what's working, what's not and merged those findings with their operational, content strategy, and enablement best practices to prescribe a simple yet robust sales development strategy blueprint.

We were able to take action, implement across our global team and see impact (quick wins, continuous process improvements, buy-in from the team) in weeks not months.

Revshoppe gave us frameworks and systems and mission-critical rep level enablement training, delivered with big smiles, that are key to driving effective change management and positive results. For us to the tune of millions of dollars in outbound sourced opps that would eventually become closed won new business.

Strategic and tactical. Not just consultants but successful practioners; the entire team exudes a passion for driving sales development program excellence.

No detail to small while keeping an eye on the big picture. They consistently went above and beyond in helping us drive impact.

From ungoverned, inconsistent sequences (300+) to a simple framework (12 core master sequences), concise & relevant messaging, and a blueprint for our high performers to execute and everyone else to adopt.

One of the outbound master sequences RevShoppe developed for us was used by a rep to uncover a massive opportunity at a target account. The sequence led to multiple meetings at the account including with the exec who sponsored the deal that would go on to close for $2.8 million!

We had already implemented Outreach but knew we weren't using it to it's full potential. Revshoppe helped to rework the governance, SFDC integration, set-up, and more to ensure we were operationalized, efficient, and set up for success.

The Revshoppe team are expert communicators and incredibly knowledgable about Outreach. The team has been fantastic to work with!! I cannot say better things about the experience and feel incredibly confident we are set up for success and for future process improvements. Efficiency at it's best.

Absolutely nothing - I would recommend the Revshoppe team to any organization.

Our desired outcomes for this project were to Increase efficiency, create automation and process improvements, enhanced reporting, and analytics with Sequence attribution, accurate data syncs between our systems and more. We needed help to optimize our Outreach instance which began with a simple look at our field mappings and governance. Field mappings were a major area for improvement and unlocked the potential to create more automation in our process and speed to information within Outreach. We can now accurately measure demo, pipeline, and revenue attribution all the way back to the sequence step with detailed analytics and reporting.

RevShoppe supported Adobe in the migration/consolidation of two Outreach instances

**What do you like best about RevShoppe?**

I love how available the RevShoppe team is, and how willing they are to help think through and support (and then execute on) challenging topics related to our project needs. They really go all-in to understand our instance, SFDC connection, and the complexities that come with supporting a global enterprise organization.

**What do you dislike about RevShoppe?**

I can't think of anything, I will miss our tri-weekly syncs!

**What problems is RevShoppe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to migrate 90 users from one instance of Outreach (and Salesforce) to another instance, with minimal disruptions to their workflow.  We were able to figure out a snazzy way to get Triggers to fire for just a subset of users, which is not something we had been able to achieve prior.

They helped us figure out how to best use SalesLoft for our org.

To be frank, SalesLoft did not do a good job helping us figure this out. They were able to teach us the features, but not the best way to use the system. RevShoppe did that and more.

As we scaled out our AE and SDR org, Patricia and her team helped us build and optimize 10-15 cadences at at time, writing emails and helping us track and understand our data. She trained me and the rest of leadership on how to train reps, so we could get the most out of the platform.

**What do you like best about RevShoppe?**

They know their stuff. I can bring them the outcome I need, and we can come off a call with a plan.

**What do you dislike about RevShoppe?**

Nothing that I can think of. I think we changed up what we wanted too fast in some cases, so it was hard to see the impact of those areas.

**What problems is RevShoppe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to increase conversion both on inbound and outbound leads. We certainly saw that with inbound--to the point where we became almost a complete inbound org for a few months. We were just pivoting the org back to more outbound when I left the company.

Jason and the RevShoppe team are helping our organisation gain more/better visibility and control (and success) over our Outreach platform.

**What do you like best about RevShoppe?**

I've looked/spoken with other companies/agencies to undertake similar tasks and projects, but I was drawn into Revshoppe because of their approach. 
They are thoughtfully designed but flexible enough to wrap around our own processes and challenges. The support and consultative approach is also very impressive- its important to understand it's not 'one size fits all', and they have the right approach from the outset. RevShoppe seems to invest a lot of time into understanding how our org functions versus a lot of consultants in the past who have tried to force us to fit in their “best practices.”Their team is fully embedded in our organisation and understands the nuances involved in our sales processes. Because they worked side by side with us at each level, they’re building relationships and trust as if they were part of the Airship team. For me, this goes a long way given the “one and done” training sessions that consultants usually do.

**What do you dislike about RevShoppe?**

Nothing so far. One year in, and so far I'm liking the results, and improvements.

**What problems is RevShoppe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Similar to other SaaS companies, we needed helping creating a more uniform approach, but with taking into account cultural differences and niches. Our desires coming into this project were to continually optimise workflow automations and task execution, and ensure proper governance and compliance measures are in place. They surprisingly quickly exceeded our expectations because of how they work so closely with our team. User adoption is at an all-time high (for those of you that have done this before, you'll know how much of a task this is!), our overdue tasks are now near zero and we can now accurately measure demo, pipeline and revenue attribution all the way back to the sequence step

We brought RevShoppe on board at Segment to help us with set up & optimization of our Sales/CSM/SDR workflow in Outreach.io, create high quality messaging and sequences, and to train our admins and end users on best practices within Outreach and SFDC.

**What do you like best about RevShoppe?**

I could write a 5 page article on how much of an impact RevShoppe has had in our organization in such a short amount of time. Their team works day and night to keep us moving forward, they've helped us with a ton of heavy lifting, and immediately built great internal and cross-functional relationships at our company to help ensure our projects are meeting the requirements of every department involved. 

Patty and Josh have been instrumental when it comes to providing best practices and influencing change within other teams that were not originally involved in our project scope. They've helped us clean up and optimize so much of our workflow, easily automate what needs to be automated, and take advantage of Outreach in a whole new way. It feels like we have a 24/7 CSM and Professional Services team and it's exactly what we needed.

Outreach overhaul and setup for 100+ users, workflow optimization, SFDC <> Outreach automation and tagging, messaging overhaul, and training across all departments using Outreach. 

We went from SDRs and sellers spending 20% of their time in Outreach to spending 80% of their time in Outreach. We've increased reply and pipeline conversion rates by 10%+.  We're now able to have our entire team using the same core sequences so we can get accurate data insights and use this to inform decisions and iterate where needed. 

We've seen a huge lift in team engagement and overall happiness across our team - this has removed so many frustrating roadblocks and allowed them to spend their time getting creative and building meaningful relationships. 

We've removed all the unnecessary and burdensome manual tasks and given them 15+ hours back in their week to focus on what's important and the activities that make this job more rewarding.

Josh and Patricia from RevShoppe came on-sight to our office and helped empower us with their Outreach knowledge. I have been using Outreach for nearly a year now and learned that our teams were not using the full functionality. We discovered how to be more organized, set-up strategic views, and work smarter, not harder within the tool. I'm generally skeptical of onboarding/enablement sessions but it was a very productive use of time and would definitely recommend them, and have them return for additional education.

**What do you like best about RevShoppe?**

Josh and Patricia were patient, informative, and had an answer for all my questions. Every time I asked them, "Can Outreach do....", they were quick to answer, with a yes nearly every time, continually leaving me mind blown with the different things the tool could do. We were taught strategies and methods difficult to figure out without proper enablement, but easy to learn with their help.

**What do you dislike about RevShoppe?**

Nothing to dislike! Only wish we could have them at the office with us all the time.

Bring them onboard  when you first implement the tool, and then have them come back again 3-6 months later for additional education to build off what was already taught and learned.

Our Outreach instance, like many others, has gotten robust, unorganized, and a little chaotic. RevShoppe came in and worked closely with our BDRs to understand how they are using the platform, what could be improved, and where we would find the quickest wins. They excelled in both small and large group settings, easily translating technical processes and explaining other options for daily workflow. Our reps were thoroughly impressed and excited after working with Josh and Patricia, and have been quick to adopt their ideas and expand them even further.

Everyone at RevShoppe is incredibly smart and eager to help. They went above and beyond to meet with our various teams (across three different states), work with individual reps, and train admins all in an efficient, fun, and instructive way.
