ReviewsBoost Reviews & Product Details

ReviewsBoost is review management software that helps businesses challenge Google reviews violating platform policies, such as fake experiences, spam, conflicts of interest, harassment, and off-topic posts. Businesses submit reviews for evaluation, and the team assesses them against Google's policies to determine eligibility. The platform follows a three-step process: businesses provide their Google Business Profile and review details, the team identifies policy violations and builds a case with evidence, and the case is monitored through Google's moderation process with follow-ups until a decision is made. ReviewsBoost addresses reviews from non-customers, competitors, former employees, and those with threatening or promotional content. Each case is manually assessed for credible violations. The platform ensures confidentiality, requires no Google account access, and provides status updates and human support. Resolution timelines vary based on case complexity and moderation paths.
