ReviewMankey Reviews & Product Details

ReviewMankey is review management software for businesses with physical locations, a mobile app, or both. It brings Google Business Profile, Google Play Store and Apple App Store reviews into one inbox, so teams stop tracking feedback in separate systems. Most platforms cover locations or app stores, not both. AI drafts tone-aware replies aligned to your brand guidelines, and a human approves each one before it publishes. Optional auto-respond rules handle routine reviews. Low ratings trigger incident workflows that assign an owner, set a due date and track follow-up to closure. Analytics cover star ratings, sentiment trends and response coverage by location and app. Competitor benchmarking compares your ratings and review volume with nearby businesses. Review request email campaigns and drip sequences generate new reviews, and embeddable widgets display them on any site. Team roles, webhooks, audit logging and data export support multi-location operations. Plans start free.
