I currently use Retroscribed across multiple heavy civil infrastructure portfolios, though coming from a background in industrial manufacturing, I know plant teams would benefit just as much from this kind of setup. What stands out is how it turns past observations into actual accountability. The built-in action tracker assigns an owner and a target date to every lesson, then routes notifications straight into Teams. It stops things from slipping through the cracks without having to send endless follow-up emails across different project teams. I also rely on the public library when mapping out risks for new project phases. Searching historical industry benchmarks and using the AI tool to draft potential root causes gives us a huge head start during early planning, long before site mobilization even starts. The default notification settings can be a little chatty when you first kick off a new workspace. If you have a large portfolio team assigned to an active project, people end up getting pinged for every minor update. It takes a minute to adjust the preferences down to a daily digest, but having that as the out-of-the-box setting would be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
