I like how practical Retool is for making connections (resources) and the preloaded components. It allows me to create low-code apps quickly, which are visually appealing and connect with various platforms. I enjoy how with a basic panel, our agents can interact with tools like Intercom, Zapier, Linear without needing to give them full access. The preloaded components are a great advantage, as I can create tools in minutes without having to code each element, like a graph or table. Very easy implementation of applications, especially for people who have not built apps before. It was extremely easy to get started and the help from the forums is quick and easily accessible if you get stuck. Also, the integrations with our other systems (Salesforce and Databricks) were easy to implement saving us time.
