I could easily get to the business of setting up retargeting campaigns, and seemed like the targeting options were great too. **What do you dislike about RetargetKit?** The empirical disadvantage of RetargetKit is the reporting system. These reports provide only general information and I find it hard to believe how many customers I have gained so far. Traffic is overwhelming, with little to no access to valuable metrics like click-through rates and conversion rates, thus, I might as well be operating in the tracks. **What problems is RetargetKit solving and how is that benefiting you?** With RetargetKit it is possible for me to direct simple retargeting campaigns. This keeps me at the top of minds, and so I am easily retrieved by the site visitors who were about to leave. Lacking this data, it is difficult to tell whether these campaigns actually penetrate the minds of its audience as much as presumed. ### 2. The platform is less user friendly and intuitive making it difficult to create and manage my campaigns. The targeting options are not allowing me to consistently reach the audience. **What do you dislike about RetargetKit?** The analytics provided are of poor quality not providing insights into the performance of my ads. RetargetKit has truly obstructed my retargeting strategy. This not suit businesses or individuals who require marketing capabilities. We also use it to create short and engaging URLs and continuously monitor the conversions and the quality of traffic coming through them. It also has a step to step user guide which reduces dependency on the team. **What do you dislike about RetargetKit?** Bulk Import takes a lot of time, and support staff's response time is super slow.
