"Resort Suite for Spa" 3.5/5 What do you like best about ResortSuite PMS? The ability to see previous treatments, open folios, providers, easy of scheduling, and reports manager is easily accessed. Recommendations to others considering ResortSuite PMS: To lock an appointment space when another user is currently booking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is ResortSuite PMS solving and how is that benefiting you? We use ResortSuite within the Spa. It allows the booking of appointments, the settling of financial accounts, and customer history. We have many benefits including the easy of the system and the layout. Buttons are often unclearly labeled and its sometimes difficult to know the exact information you're looking at because several fields have very similar titles.
