What do you like best about ResortSuite PMS?

The ability to see previous treatments, open folios, providers, easy of scheduling, and reports manager is easily accessed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ResortSuite PMS?

The settling and locking out of folios after a settle. I would like the folio notes to also come up automatically or have a symbol noting that it is a note. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ResortSuite PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use ResortSuite within the Spa. It allows the booking of appointments, the settling of financial accounts, and customer history. We have many benefits including the easy of the system and the layout. The color coordination is also very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ResortSuite PMS?

Once I got training in it, I can do complicated reservations and changes very quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ResortSuite PMS?

The UX is unintuitive. Buttons are often unclearly labeled and its sometimes difficult to know the exact information you're looking at because several fields have very similar titles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
