Easy to use, didnt have much issues with the system

It has a lot of nice features, like class booking and many reports.

-I liked how easy scheduling was using resort suite for both service providers and the overall hotel to share data. -I liked how easy and quick the software was to make bookings over the phone or with difficult guests. -I liked how easy it was during closing time to do commissions reports for the entire spa, such as services products, and each department. -My Boss and our team were able to increase revenue during quarterly periods with the pricing structure and availability functions. -It was an easy software to use for gift cards and certificates. -Very fast to check in guests to our spa. -Easy to manage staff schedules of our spa providers, class instructors, and outdoor teams. -Easy to book and manage the dining room area and share data. -Easy to double check reservations for guests in case there was a problem or issue with booking through reservations. (That way when guests arrived they were able to have a high level of excellency experience at our hotel and spa. As everything scheduling can be reviewed to maximize the guests time during their stay and not have to take out their wallets during each activity.)
