**What do you like best about Republic?**

The platform is easy to use, even on a mobile device. Most companies asking for funding have been vetted by Republic, which weeds out poor offerings.

**What do you dislike about Republic?**

Their Crowd SAFE funding mechanism, which is used by many (not all) campaigns, is not investor friendly and does not automatically convert to equity at the next round.

**What problems is Republic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They allow me to diversify my portfolio with exposure to private equity.
