**What do you like best about Repsense?**

1st - amazing Leader and TEAM.
For us the main thing is keeping an eye on what's being said about the school online. A lot of it happens in places we'd never catch ourselves – students posting on TikTok or in local Facebook groups, parents discussing things in their own chats. Repsense picks up mentions even when the school isn't tagged or named directly, so we actually see things we used to completely miss.

**What do you dislike about Repsense?**

Built for bigger organisations, defence, big companies, so there's a fair amount in there we don't really use as a school. Took us a little while to work out which parts are actually relevant for us and just ignore the rest.

**What problems is Repsense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First to understand the real impact of our investment and understand where our Competitors invest.

Second it helps us protect the school's reputation and react in time. Before, we usually found out about a rumour or a post going around once it had already reached parents, and by then we were on the back foot. Now we catch these things while they're small and can decide how to respond calmly instead of scrambling. It's especially useful around admissions time when there’s a lot of conversation around.

**What do you like best about Repsense?**

For me, the best part is being able to catch things early. It picks up narratives while they’re still small, so we get a heads-up before anything actually blows up. Having TV, online, and social all in one place also saves us a lot of time—before, we were jumping between a few different tools and stitching everything together ourselves, which took forever. And when something does start spreading, we can usually see where it came from and who’s behind it.

**What do you dislike about Repsense?**

The alerts were a bit much at the start. For the first couple of weeks, we got far more than we needed, and we had to sit down and narrow things down before it finally felt clean and manageable. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it’s not something you can just switch on and forget from day one.

**What problems is Repsense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly it stops us being late. Before this we'd usually notice a topic once it was already all over the news.  It also put a few jobs into one tool - monitoring, video, tracing it back - so the team spends less time just collecting stuff and more time actually thinking about it.

**What do you like best about Repsense?**

The best thing about this tool is the video monitoring. For some of our clients it is very important to be able to see various kinds of mentions, where they are not mentioned by name, but their logo is still visible in the picture or video. Additionally, the monitoring of Facebook groups. A lot of useful information can be gathered from there that is not visible elsewhere.

**What do you dislike about Repsense?**

There is a bit of a learning curve at the start. The platform is powerful and there are a lot of features, so it takes some time to get comfortable with everything and understand how to set up monitoring properly. Once you get the hang of it, it is fine, but I would not call it something you can pick up in five minutes. Onboarding new team members takes a little patience.

**What problems is Repsense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest value for us is that it does not just count mentions. It helps us see the story that is forming around a client, not only how many times they were named - we had to do that manually ourselves, Repsense can save time and quickly pull insight from large pool of data. For our work that early read is what lets us advise clients properly instead of putting out fires after the fact.

**What do you like best about Repsense?**

We like the alerts function. In a portfolio company the risk usually shows up online first - a rumour, an unhappy customer base, a competitor pushing something, and long before it hits the numbers. Repsense catches that across different platforms and media. We've used it in due diligence too, to get a read on a target that isn't just the polished version.

**What do you dislike about Repsense?**

It's clearly built with a lot of depth and some of it we just don't use, we're not a comms team running daily monitoring.

**What problems is Repsense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives us visibility we didn't have before in our previous media monitoring.

**What do you like best about Repsense?**

What I appreciate most is the monitoring of social media posts from ourselves and our competitors. We can go and check what works and what doesn't, and then use that data to decide what direction our own communication will take. Working in my industry, it is very important to create an image that your clients can trust. It is also great that I can check the relevant info not only on computer, but on my phone when I am on the way.

**What do you dislike about Repsense?**

As the platform collects a lot of data and offers many dashboards, there is definitely a learning curve if you have never used a similar tool before.

**What problems is Repsense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Media monitoring of our company and those of competitors. Helps adjust communication based on reliable data.

**What do you like best about Repsense?**

The ability to detect a crisis before it goes viral. In our line of work it is very important to notice issues quick and to reply to them A.S.A.P.
I am also a huge fan of the yearly reports that they send out to us.

**What do you dislike about Repsense?**

The implementation of a word cloud function would be incredibly welcome. Additionally, I'd like if there was more customizability that could be done from the user's side. Not in the sense of filters, but things like being able to change colors or move graphs around to change their positions.

**What problems is Repsense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding of clients' opinions. Helps us track sentiments and trends as well as competitors. Crisis management, or more so  crisis detection, is also a big factor.
